Cons:

We were pressured to rate it 10/10 before we had even checked in. They said you can do baggage storage if you rate 10/10. And then on check in said we could get an upgrade if we rated 10/10. We hadn't seen the room. Additionally, one room was not clean. The floor had dirt on it and there were crumbs in the sheets. Made us think the room hasn't been cleaned.

Conveniently located near major transportation hubs and walking distance to Namdaemun & Meyong-Dong.
Pros:

Hotel is ideally located next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport. Very close walking distance are metro stations and a main train station that takes you to Busan. It's also walking distance to Namdaemun market and Myeong-Dong night market, which are very tourist destination for shoppers. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms were comfortable for its small size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, even offering to hold on to our luggage before our check-in time. It was much appreciated, since we were able to explore the city early that afternoon.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been bigger, but it was sufficient. Considering the price point and the location I felt that the small bathroom was an ideal compromise. I was able to walk home after spending hours in Namdaemun and Myeong-Dong and not spend more money on Uber rides.
