Hôtel horrible, à la limite de l’insalubrité. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos.
1. Propreté et état des chambres : Une catastrophe
Nous avons dû changer de chambre immédiatement tant la première était dégueulasse : crasse incrustée sur les joints de la salle de bain, trous béants dans les murs, serviettes trouées et une décoration datant littéralement d'un autre âge.
En tant qu'allergique à la poussière, l'état de la climatisation était une insulte : tellement encrassée qu'elle en était inutilisable. La deuxième chambre n'était guère mieux : toujours 13 m² (impossible d'ouvrir une valise), clim tout aussi poussiéreuse et serviettes dans le même état. Seul "point positif" : la vue sur un rooftop, mais cela ne compense en rien la saleté ambiante.
2. Service et entretien : Inexistants
• Ménage non fait : Nous sommes partis à 11h en laissant le panneau "Please clean the room". À notre retour à 17h, rien n'avait été touché.
• Hygiène des communs : Des sacs poubelles traînaient dans l'ascenseur dès le matin.
• Accessibilité : La porte d'entrée exige une clé. Si vous faites votre check-out tôt (4h du matin) et que vous laissez vos bagages, bon courage pour les récupérer ou trouver quelqu'un.
3. Tentative de chantage aux avis (Via messagerie Booking)
Avant même notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un message via Booking nous proposant de payer 5000W/heure pour poser nos valises, mais précisant que si nous mettions un avis 5 étoiles, nous pouvions ne pas payer. C'est du pur chantage et une pratique frauduleuse pour gonfler artificiellement la note de cet établissement médiocre. Au vu de l'état de la chambre, jamais je ne mettrai 5 étoiles.
Je comprend mieux les notes de l’hôtel si ils font ça à tout le monde.

Very small room, bathroom was dirty and moldy. Bed sheets were plastic and uncomfortable. Rooms were hot.

Pros:

Location was great. Excellent place to stay if you plan to use the Seoul Station.

Cons:

Rooms very small. Photos on booking.com website are misleading.
The double bed was surrounded on 3 sides by a wall and you have to crawl over to get in bed on the far side.
Then hardly any place left to move around. Good room for one person I guess.
