Pros:

The location and facilities was the best! An actual five star hotel.

Cons:

During breakfast the staff came several times to tell us that the restaurant is closing at 10 making us anxious. Usually the breakfast buffet closes first at a particular time and then guests are leaving after some time.

It’s a beautiful hotel

Cons:

A lot of things came at an extra charge such as using the sauna or even amenities. I think a hotel at this level should offer things such as cotton pads for free.

Pros:

Very helpful staff, clean property and beautiful views. I appreciated that without asking they sent up extra towels and a kid size bathrobe for my child.

Location close to Songdo beach was ideal as I prefer a more quiet area in comparison to the more touristy beach areas. Plenty of restaurants & convenience stores downstairs & the more you walk along the beach area the more appear. Beautiful view of the waters from my room. Staff were very helpful & welcoming.

Personnel très agréable, disponible et arrangeant (mon amie s'est tordue la cheville durant le voyage et l'hôtel nous a mis à disposition de la glace, ainsi qu'une table mieux placée pour le petit déjeuner). La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la baie, et les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine intérieure et salle de sport) très agréables et de bonne qualité ! Le petit déjeuner continental était très bon, riche et varié pour tous les goûts ! Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant pour cet hôtel, que nous recommandons pour un sujet à Busan !

Cons:

L'hôtel est éloigné du centre de la ville, même si facilement accessible en bus depuis la gare. Peu d'activités disponibles autour de l'hôtel, il faut prendre le bus pour se rendre dans les points d'intérêts.

Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und toll aufgeteilt. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das Gym und Spa sind erstklassig ausgestattet. Unsere Kids haben den Indoorpool und Room Service sehr genossen. Uns hat es hervorragend gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Cons:

Je nachdem welche Sehenswürdigkeiten man sich in Busan anschauen möchte, war die Lage für uns nicht ganz optimal. Dennoch liegt das Hotel unweit des Strandes und Cable Cars.
