Hotel Delle Rose a Luxury Boutique Hotel

Building is nice but you hear the main road — it’s really loud. The architecture is kind of different. Pools are small but look cool nested in middle of the restaurant, but then it feels weird to swim while people eat. The infinity pool overlooks industrial area so kills the vibe — that is well hidden in photos. Just don’t expect to swim so much as float. Rooms small but typical…no views of sea from anywhere so you stare at roads and work areas while on holiday.

Bon séjour globalement. Je m’attendais à mieux pour un 4 étoiles :
- service inégal avec certains employés très gentils et d’autres qui ne vous disent même pas bonjour et qui vous regardent avec vos valises sans même proposer la moindre aide
- pas de système de chargement pour véhicule électrique
- très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, nous entendons tout ce qu’il se passe dans l’hôtel
- pas de fer à repasser. Première fois que l’on me dit ça dans un hôtel

We just spent 5 magical days at Hotel Delle Rose on a girls’ trip, and it was perfection. Even though the hotel was full, it felt like we had it all to ourselves—serene, spacious, and utterly peaceful.

The staff are exceptional—especially Alessia, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly cared for. The rooms are modern, elegant, and comfortable (ask for one away from reception if you prefer extra quiet). And the breakfast? Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious.

A huge thank you to Vivianna for the best full-body massage of my life, accompanied by a beautiful sound bath—an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is a hidden treasure, and I almost don’t want to share it—but it deserves all the praise. I can’t wait to return.

Absolutely gorgeous stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the facilities were brilliant. We will definitely stay again, we loved it, 10/10.

Due to a technical(!) mistake during the booking process (on Booking.com) our booking came out wrong. We informed the hotel and Booking right away. The service provider assured us that in those cases, accommodations normally show goodwill to cancel or change the booking. But this hotel only offered to change the dates to a completely random time period no one did ever mention and which on top would have been a lot more expensive than what we already paid.

They refused to cancel the booking for free OR for a cancellation fee which we would have been willing to pay and offered multiple times.

Furthermore communication with the hotel was extremely poor. After leaving us hanging, telling us they would get back to us once administration is available, they actually never did that until we sent another inquiry.

Last but not least Booking suggested that we request a voucher about the paid amount to redeem at a different time. That way the hotel could keep our money and we would not be left without anything but the hotel never responded to our mail (again: worst communication ever!) so we assume that they refused this option as well.

This place claims to be a service provider but in our case did not compromise on anything which leaves us with the impression that they care about money more than they care about their guests.

Zero stars would be more fitting.

Such a stunning place to stay !
The staff were so kind and helpful, the accommodation was delightful and the food at the hotel was delicious.
They had amazing swimming pools, a lovely outside bar and the whole place was superbly decorated.
Plus, the location was perfect !
I definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sardinia.

Schönes Hotel mit liebevoller Einrichtung und auch einem sehr schönen Außenbereich. Da es sich um ein hochpreisiges Hotel handelt waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom Frühstücksbuffet (bspw. bei der Brotauswahl hatte man lediglich die Wahl zwischen Billigtoast und Aufbackbrötchen, zahlreiche Speisen zudem im Buffet nicht inbegriffen und nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich (Spiegelei usw.)) Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

We check-in in this hotel on May 15th 2024. Although the pictures online showed nice, the hotel was one construction site (see pictures). One pool was empty and the other was surrounded by fences. Restaurant was under construction and there were construction activities going on in and around the hotel. We asked for a refund and were told that we could just stay. The manager informed us that the closed pool was a children's pool, that we would not use anyway. I indicated that this is not our idea of a holiday. She advised us to go to the beach.
Apart from the construction activities, I would not recommend the hotel. It is alongside a busy road, it is cramped and the view is not great. Furthermore, the manager is outright rude. Avoid this place!

Very good quality for the money. Breakfast was delish. Staff very friendly and helpful. In a great location readily accessible to nice restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was convenient. Some construction going on during the day but not bad.

Struttura in generale piacevole, stanza e bagno belli e spaziosi. Hotel curato. Location isolata ma soprattutto senza vista sul mare. La colazione purtroppo non è all' altezza, pochissimia scelta, prodotti assolutamente non di qualità che si trovano in qualsiasi hard discount e nessun prodotto locale, peccato.

A very nice hotel, a bit away from the nearest towns but in a quiet and peaceful location, while still being close to the motorways to explore the area.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. The only minor criticism is that the room wasn't really soundproof, the hotel wasn't very busy so it wasn't a big issue, but there was some noise from the lobby that you could hear in the room.

An amazing place to stay close to Porto Cervo. The esthetics, the details, the comfort, the breakfast, the staff… everything was amazing. I will be back for sure !!!!

A spectacular hotel that is both beautiful and welcoming. Best for those who are active. It would be hard for seniors with all the multiple stairs. There is no elevator. Food is fantastic. Noisy between rooms.

This hotel was OK, neither great nor bad. It is modern and relatively new and the staff just leaves you alone, they were neither helpful or friendly.

Rooms - modern, spacious and clean
Pool - OK, it's so hot outside that it is often empty
Breakfast - very standard, nothing too outstanding
Restaurant - same place as breakfast but I think it lacked atmosphere in the evening
Service - Nothing outstanding
Transportation - a car is essential (I don't think there is anything within walking distance)
Overall - Average modern hotel without much atmosphere

Our experience in this wonderful Hotel Delle rose was just fantastic! We have traveled to some of the most luxurious hotels around the world, but this hotel is right up there with all of them. The staff are so friendly. They do everything to ensure you a super comfortable stay! And how is beautiful view from each angle of the hotel! We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool and mountains. Location is really good, food in the restaurant is also nice.
Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda and we absolutely adored how lush and peaceful it was! We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful garden, pools and surroundings . The hotel has a gourmet restaurant with tables by the pool and staff is friendly and attentive! Shoutout to Manuela for her fantastic customer service! We will definitely be back ♥️
