Belle découverte , séjour agréable et dépaysement assuré

Le calme , le restaurant et le petit déjeuner , la gentillesse du personnel

La situation géographique et la découverte de la Madonie

Un soggiorno impeccabile

Esperienza fantastica, è stato tutto perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura è organizzata benissimo e curata in ogni dettaglio. La nostra camera era estremamente pulita, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort per un relax totale.

Nota di merito assoluta per il ristorante: si mangia divinamente. I piatti sono curatissimi, si percepisce l'alta qualità dei prodotti e la passione in cucina. Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale di sala, estremamente gentile e professionale, che ha saputo accontentare con il sorriso ogni nostra richiesta.

Anche la SPA è perfetta, ideale per staccare la spina. Personale disponibile e preparatissimo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare, lo faremo sicuramente al più presto!

Struttura di nuova costruzione per cui niente da dire

Cons:

Riscaldamento poco efficiente in camera, assenza di sottofondo musicale nella spa.Ospiti maleducati che parlavano a voce alta e sono stati richiamati dopo un’ora dal personale.Percorso di collegamento tra la Spa e la camera congelato, a rischio di prendersi un raffreddore visto che ci si trova in accappatoio. Stanze non insonorizzate: dal nostro bagno sentivamo quello che succedeva nella camera accanto. Pulizia da rivedere. Presa di corrente assente in un lato del letto. Sconsigliato a chi cerca confort e relax.

Magnifico!
Pros:

Esperienza memorabile. Struttura nuova e super centrale, molto accogliente, stanze climatizzate viste le gelide temperature autunnali/invernali. La colazione è di altissima qualità, i prodotti offerti sono artigianali e freschi (come le torte, ad esempio) e c’è vastissima scelta. La SPA è sicuramente l’elemento distintivo della struttura: ci sono lettini a sufficienza per ospitare i vari clienti della struttura, un angolo tè e una magnifica piscina riscaldata (sì, calda sul serio!) con idromassaggio. Ci torneremo con grande piacere
