Good short stay near the train station
Pros:

Not bad for a night close to the train station. Cordial staff. Quite clean (not perfectly).

Cons:

Not very clear where the entrance is by looking at Google Maps. The shower booth leaked some water on the floor.

Great location across from the main train station & metro. Nice room, very clean.
Cons:

Staff could have been a little more helpful with our bags e.g. taking them to the storage area. Moving them to our room once it was ready. No help when leaving even to open the front door.

Stopover Napoli - Beste Empfehlung.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Napoli Centrale / Highspeed-Züge nach Nord und Süd (Milano-Reggio-Calabria). Ebenso Metro-Station Porta Garibaldi und Vesuvio-Bahn vor dem Haus. Stadtzentrum bzw Hafen sehr gut erreichbar. Schöne sehr saubere Zimmer - mein Zimmer war grosszügig gut ausgestattet mit kleinem ortsüblichen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Hauptplatz, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Freundliches Personal an Check-In, auf Etage und beim Frühstück. Gepäckaufbewahrung (unbewacht) vor Check-In möglich. Hoteleingang befindet sich in der Seitenstrasse - dort ist zu gewissen Zeiten alles mühsam von Marktleuten überstellt. Name des Hotels unklar - einmal „Sant,Angelo Palace“ und dann wieder nur wieder nur „Hotel Palace“. Citytax kann nur bar und genau abgezählt bezahlt werden (die Vorauszahlung via booking statt vor Ort ist mühsam).

The property is in a great location for continuing travel. We only stayed one night as we were moving on. Brekky was great, so many options, the staff lovely. Room was spacious, clean and tidy.

excellent hôtel à côté de la gare - attention au quartier...
Pros:

hotel super confortable, moderne, bonne literie, climatisation excellente, écran tv geant, petit déjeuner complet (plutôt orienté sucré), emplacement à 5 min de la gare et 15min à pieds du centre historique, idéal pour visiter Naples et Pompei Herculaneum. Vigile la nuit. garde des bagages sécurisée.

Cons:

le quartier de la gare est squattė par beaucoup de sans abris, et la rue de l'hotel squatté en journée par des vendeurs immigrants ambulants.
l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, nous n'avons pas eu de problème côté sécurité, mais pour les personnes seules / femmes isolées, cela peut être anxiogène surtout en soirée en rentrant tard.

Great location near station, lovely facilities and hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little chaotic, had to ask for coffee 3 times, cereal ran out 2nd day.
They should invest in a coffee machine it will take 50-60% of their issues.
We were also told about a bottle wine on arrival but never did get one.
