Pros:

La situation près de la gare, et des transports ainsi que le centre ville.

Cons:

Chambre réservée mais déjà occupée à l'arrivée. Nouvelle chambre dans un immeuble en rénovation,( bruit et poussières..)bac à douche mal conçu et fuite d'eau jusqu'à la chambre, draps et serviettes non changés et pendant 3 nuitées pas de ménage effectué !!! Et un soir en rentrant, porte grande ouverte et lumière allumée !!! Cela fait beaucoup pour apprécier notre séjour !!!

Stanza molto rumorosa e piccola. Bagno minuscolo. Sistema di climatizzazione. Gestione delle luci in camera. Colazione appena sufficiente: non c'era frutta fresca.

Location so close if you transfer
Pros:

The hotel is located around 300 metres from central station. Felt very safe. The room was spacious and very clean. Check in and check out was amazing. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

Cons:

The hotel floors are tiled so if you are a light sleeper like me you will need to ask staff for maybe higher floor room. I wasnt sleeping much as a long loud speaker phone conversation from reception woke me up in the midle of the night.

Obiekt usytuowany w samym centrum. Bardzo drogi ale strzezeomy podziemny parking tuz obok.

Cons:

Tlumy uchodzcow u progu. To bylo przera,liqie niekomfortowe. Doslownie przed wejsciem do hotelu na chodniku codziennie rozsiada sie tlum i robi sie nirorzyjemnie. Masakra.

Niente !!mi hanno cambiato camera. Non era quella da me prenotato una superiore hanno detto non potevano farci niente lenzuola. Sporche e doccia rotta. Ambiente da senza stelle furbetti di. Occasione da cancellare da booking tutto falso.

The young lady from the desk was pretty helpfull. The internet comection is fast, the TV is huge.

Cons:

The room was very very small and dirty, the hotel is cheap quality and situated in a very bad neighbourhood with lots of drug adidcts near it, and imigrants. Breackfast was not very good.

Hotel di fronte alla stazione. Staff al check in perfetta, la sera meno cordiale. colazione molto basica, ma sufficiente. hotel silenzioso e climatizzato bene. la zona non è per niente sicura, ma non è certo colpa dell'hotel. camere pulitissime, camera con terrazzino, che purtroppo non è utilizzabile per i personaggi sottostanti.

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y amplias. El personal de recepción.

La ubicación. A pesar de estar frente la estación de tren, el ambiente no era de lo mejor. Al menos habías mucha policía controlando y te daba más tranquilidad. La recepción del hotel es muy pequeña y parece más de un hostal que de un hotel de 4*

Wonderful staff and a comfortable stay
Pros:

The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful - they booked taxis for us and helped us with extras we needed. The hotel and room were very tidy. We were a bit worried about how the hotel was based off of the surrounding area, but we had a comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the surrounding area and only a 2 minute walk from Napoli Centrale station. We chose as an accessible room, and it had all the necessary accessibility features. Thank you to the receptionists once again for their hospitality!

Cons:

The breakfast was average. The surrounding location was a not very clean and extremely busy, but once you enter the hotel, it's very safe and comfortable.
