Pros:

Lo staff molto bravi hotel carino vicino alla stazione facile da trovare buona posizione

Cons:

Dovere aspettare fino alle 3 di pomeriggio per entrare in camera dopo varie ore di viaggio e pesante non riuscire entrare a riposare e non era tranquilla con la chiusura della porta visto che ho viaggiato da sola la ho trovato un po in sicura la porta di la camera

NON PRENOTATE ANDATE ALTROVE !!!!

Pessimo come hotel e non capisco perché 4 stelle ,giro sempre per lavoro e sono anche napoletano e posso dire che è il peggior hotel mai visto prima ,camere sporche soprattuto il bagno con i capelli sia sopra il bidet che sul lavandino ,davvero abominevole ,accoglienza pessima una maleducazione quando ho chiamato per avere la conferma dopo 15 chiamate senza risposta e posso testimoniarli facendo screnn shot per non parlare di altro!!! Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti!!!!
