Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for five days, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations.

To begin with, the room we were given did not match the photos shown in the listing, which was already very frustrating upon arrival.

In addition, we had problems with the bathroom fixtures. The toilet seat was broken, and even after the problem was reported, it remained unresolved throughout our entire stay. The shower stall has only a half-glass door, which means that when taking a shower, water splashes out and floods practically the entire bathroom.

The air conditioning also didn’t work properly: sometimes it worked, and other times it simply stopped. On some days, we woke up sweating from the heat because of this.

Another important point is that if the door is left open, animals can enter the room—in our case, a cat even got in.

The mattress, which already showed signs of heavy wear or was of poor quality, had a sunken center.

Finally, the hotel has many staircases, which can be quite difficult for guests with large suitcases, especially since there’s no assistance available to carry them and guests have to transport them themselves.

Me parece que la relación precio/calidad es mala. La limpieza es algo muy importante cuando uno paga por un servicio de hospedaje, en este caso las toallas tenían manchas, habían hongos en la ducha, debajo de la cama y de los veladores había mucha tierra (inclusive una bolsa plástica bajo la cama), la tapa del WC no estaba limpia, tanto muros como puertas estaban sucias (en este caso, bastaría pasar un paño para mejorar aspecto).

Struttura piacevole e consigliata
Pros:

Stanza molto bella e ben arredata. Clima funzionante e personale disponibile.

Cons:

Letto matrimoniale scomodo siccome erano due letti singoli uniti. Doccia non del tutto funzionante siccome il soffione posto in alto, non aveva un getto regolare e potente.

Para el precio que tiene podría estar mejor

Cerca de termini pero lejos de todo lo que vas a visitar
Era moderno y tenía aire acondicionado

Cons:

La nevera no funcionaba y no la arreglaron por lo que teníamos que guardar cena y desayuno en la nevera que tenían ellos en recepción
La alcachofa de la ducha tenía bastantes fugas, les comentamos y la cambiaron
No hay ascensor y si te toca la última planta, después de recorrer todo Roma que la mayoría de monumentos están a 50minutos del hotel, no apetece subir tantas escaleras

Pros:

La cama era cómoda y la atención del personal era buena

Cons:

El baño era tan minúsculo que llegaba el agua a la habitación… nunca salen los baños en las fotos por lo mismo. El lavabo está dentro de la habitación.
En cuanto a la ubicación, no está mal pero hay que andar bastante para ir a cualquier sitio. La conexión de buses está bien
