Great place to stay. Gotta wait a LOT for the lift.
Pros:

The hotel was pretty close to both the Bus Stops and the Train Station. Starbucks was under the building, and there are a lot of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The street market and the shops were like an 8-minute walk away.

Cons:

The wait for the lift was ridiculous. The place should've had more than two lifts as it is more often than not always crowded.

Buona posizione con stazione della metropolitana
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona con fermata della metropolitana proprio all'uscita dell'hotel e Starbucks al piano terra dell'edificio dove fare colazione. La nostra stanza era al quindicesimo piano ed era abbastanza accogliente e silenziosa. Non è presente un banco per il check in, ma bisogna farlo da soli con un totem e si riceve un codice numerico per aprire la porta della stanza.

Cons:

Nella stanza si sentiva un cattivo odore fastidioso, forse di insetticida. Inoltre, ci sono solo due ascensori, inadeguati per un edificio così grande e frequentato, e si formavano lunghe code per accedervi con continue fermate nei vari piani.

Geweldig en mijn favoriete hotel in Seoul voor de 3e keer.
Pros:

De locatie, elke dag flesjes water wasmachine op de kamer, elke dag schone handdoeken.

Cons:

Badkamer is klein en geen ophang mogelijkheden zoals haakjes.
Mini wasrek zou ook handig zijn.
De vloer in de kamer was altijd stoffig.

Toplocatie en favoriete verblijf in Seoul voor de 3e keer.
Pros:

Locatie, metrostation beneden bij het hotel, elke dag waterflessen en schone handdoeken.

Cons:

Kleine badkamer en geen ophang mogelijkheden.
Vloer was niet schoon.

Location is very deceptive and no human contact
Pros:

The location was good but very deceptive as it is not located in Myeong-dong it is located 1 Subway stop after.

Cons:

The lifts are exhausting, it can take up to 10 minutes to get a lift. Lifts are small and the hotel could use 2 more at least.

There are no staff to talk to at all. Check in is completed via a machine that spita out your room number and pin code.

We tried contacting them as there was issues with the room in booking.com as you need a korean number to call them direct and there was no reply.

The door handle to the bathroom was broken, no dishwashing liquid or washing machine powder.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, edificio sobre la entrada de una estación del metro y a 4 estaciones de la estación Seul, desayuni buffete bueno, tiene lo basico para desayunar, el personal atento y bien

Cons:

Se acabo el papel higienico y no lo cambiaron, en horarios de 9 a 11 aproximadamente el ascensor es un caos ya que todo mundo quiere salir y ya que no hay escaleras y solo 2 para personas y uno de carga, se complica un poco.

Great accommodation close to metro and Myeongdong attractions
Pros:

Location was close to multiple metro lines giving easy access to many tourist attractions. Easy walk to markets, cafes and restaurants. Good sized room. Washing machine and space to hang clothes for drying. Breakfast options were good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Often had to wait a long time for the elevator.

Pros:

Hôtel vraiment très bien placé, on peut accéder au métro ligne orange (3) et bleu (4) directement par une des sorties de l’hôtel. A pied on est à moins de 10 minutes des rues commerçantes et du Market food le plus connu de Séoul le Gwangjang Market !
Le petit déjeuner est assez basique, mais reste bon quand même !
La chambre est simple, bien insonorisée, équipée d’une machine à laver le linge (attention tout en coréen), d’une plaque et d’un frigo.
Le vrai défaut de cet hôtel se sont les ascenseurs et leur attente interminable.
