Great stay if you want to explore Seoul as it is directly at a subway crossing station.
Pros:

The location, direct entrance to subway and the high building.

Cons:

The room was really warm (25 deg) and it was not possible to cool it as the AC only cools in summer. Also after opening the window for a bit, after 30min it was already hot again.

Very clean, very convenient place to stay
Pros:

Fantastic facilities, very clean, very comfortable, and sits on top of Chungmuro station. It was very quick and easy to travel around the city whenever we wanted.

Cons:

The elevators can take a while during peak times

Pros:

It had its own subway line at B1 of the hotel

Cons:

Slow elevator and the housekeeping doesn't really clean the floors from dust or dirty on the day they clean.

駅直結で明洞、ダイソー本店も歩いて行けるのでよかった。
お部屋も綺麗でよかった

Cons:

エレベーターが2機しかなく、利用者が多いので降りるのに時間がかかる

Super convenient
Pros:

The location was perfect. Convenient amenities downstairs. Daily water and towels provided. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Easy and simple check-in and checkout.

Cons:

The lift. It's always busy and mostly one lift only works. We sometimes use the stairs to get our room, it's the 9th floor though.

Overall, our stay is awesome and wonderful. A memory to cherish. I highly recommend this place.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room, the storage, cabinets, closets, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, and washer/dryer, the view from the room, the small living space in the bedroom, the location from the subway station, the ease of checking in and checking out, the convenience of currency exchange and Starbucks in the first floor, and selection of fast food and cafe in the basement 1 before exiting to the train.

Cons:

The long wait time in the elevator. There are only 2 elevators for guests and one freight elevator for staff, but guests can also use the freight elevator when it is available. Also, the size of the bathroom inside the room. It is small and it lacks a place to hang clothes or towels besides the one in the shower door. Last, we were not able to watch the TV as there are no instructions on how to use it.

Pros:

12-15 mins walk to Myeongdong night markets, 2 entrance to the train station right outside and across the road from Namsan Bukchon Village. Plenty of places to eat around.

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Cleaners were also very friendly and cleaned the room well.

Loved having a washer and dryer in the room!!

Cons:

Lifts, during peak time you can ben waiting 15mins plus for space in the lifts.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip!
Pros:

Sehr einfacher Self-Check-in. Perfekte, zentrale Lage zur Erkundung Seouls. Trotzdem war der Lärmpegel völlig okay, wir haben sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen können.
Zimmer natürlich recht klein (wie ja vorher ersichtlich), aber man hat aus dem kleinen Raum viel rausgeholt, gute Ausstattung.
Preis auch super.
Sehr positiv fiel auch die perfekte Sauberkeit auf!

Dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, ale uwaga na windy!

Świetna lokalizacja - faktycznie bezpośrednio połączony ze stacją metra
Miła obsługa
Codzienna wymiana ręczników, wyrzucanie śmieci i dostawa wody
Możliwość przechowania bagażu
Pralka, suszarka, bardzo duża lodówka
Duży pokój z osobna przestrzenią jadalna

Cons:

Bardzo duży problem z windami - długie oczekiwanie, nawet czasami po kilkanaście minut, szczególnie w okolicy 11:00 i 22:00
Wyrwana klamka w łazience - działała ale na słowo honoru
Bardzo mała łazienka, kolanami dotykało się drzwi - zlew w przedpokoju
Przeciekające, nieszczelne drzwi od prysznica
Jedna strona łóżka przy szybie zupełnie niepotrzebnej
