Good location with helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to local restaurants, convenience stores and public transport. Walkable distance to Myeongdong, Insadong and Gwanghwamun. The room we had was a little small, but it had a spacious Korean style bathroom. It was value for money despite the small room, as it was clean and close to facilities. The manager is friendly and can help with any queries. We were able to store a bag there for a few days whilst we travelled to another city (for a small fee).
We will be returning on our return leg. Its convenient location trumps the size of the room.

Cons:

The only downside was we were in a lower floor and there wasn't really a window. The hotel is located in an alleyway and locals would smoke outside the entrance of the hotel, which was a little off putting.

歯ブラシの件以外は良いホテルだと思います
Pros:

賑やかな立地のわりには、部屋の中は静かで就寝できました。

Cons:

４泊したのですが、今日はベッドだけ、今日はお風呂だけ、と清掃がまばらでした。
入るなら全て綺麗にして欲しいです。
４泊目には、私の歯ブラシでボロボロに汚れていて、何事かと思いました、、。ショックです。

Pros:

Wir konnten trotz früher Anreise bereits einchecken. Bei Abreise konnten wir das Gepäck vor Ort stehen lassen und den ganzen Tag noch nutzen. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut mit Bus und Metro oder zu Fuss erreichen.
Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants rund um das Hotel.

Hotel was great but be careful about unexpected additional charges and make sure that you do not agree to it if it wasn’
Pros:

Hotel was great and central. Towel robes, slippers, easy check in etc, it was very pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel tried to charge us an extra $50 a couple of days before our trip after we had already booked and paid £60 for the room months in advance. They said it was due to a booking error they made. Luckily, we disputed this on message and they did not press this issue further.
