Hotel was great but be careful about unexpected additional charges and make sure that you do not agree to it if it wasn’
Pros:

Hotel was great and central. Towel robes, slippers, easy check in etc, it was very pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel tried to charge us an extra $50 a couple of days before our trip after we had already booked and paid £60 for the room months in advance. They said it was due to a booking error they made. Luckily, we disputed this on message and they did not press this issue further.

We are not used to the wet areas in the bathroom but we got used to it. Thank you to your cleaning staff too!

A bit tricky to find - to anyone reading this, it's very close to the 7-eleven down the side of a building nearby.

Perfect location!!!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Walking distance to myeongdong, train station to Seoul, delicious restaurants minutes away from the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday. Would stay again!

Cons:

Towels are not full sized body towels you get about 6 hand towels but they do change it everyday which was fine for us.
