Hotel Carlton Incheon Airport Juan

The staffs were so kind and amazing. They truly went above and beyond with amazing service. The room was so cozy with great amenities and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will definitely come back when I visit Korea.

Clean, very quiet, easy check in and out.

Our stay here was pleasant. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very big. Massive bath and good hot strong water flow. It does need some updates to bring it up the advertised 4 stars and there was a musty smell in the corridor.

部屋にマッサージチェアがあったのが良かったです。立地もよく、駅からホテルまでの道なりにコンビニが3件と飲食店が10件以上ありました。室内は雨戸が閉まっているのに外窓が開きっぱなしだったり、電気ケトルに前の人が使ったとおぼしき水がそのまま入っていたりといまいちでしたが、エントランスにコーヒーサーバーと無料の飲料水があるのでプラマイゼロですかね。ただ、どうみてもクーラーが無かったので夏の宿泊がどうなのか気になりました。It was good that there was a massage chair in the room. The location was good, and there were three convenience stores and more than 10 restaurants along the way from the station to the hotel. "However, apparently there was no air conditioner, so I was curious about the summer stay."

Very good if you want a cheap hotel and you will only use it for sleeping and travelling into Seoul. Short walk to the transport links into Seoul and Incheon so very useful. If you’re here for a long stay however, they don’t house keep your room. We stayed for a week and no cleaning or housekeeping so keep in mind.

Poor conditon, stains everywhere and of all sorts, hair in bathroom, cigarette smell in room...very very dirty place...would stay away...did not feel safe staying more then 3 or so hours nor safe. Left and went to airport way prior to flight to feel better and sleep on an airport lounge chair as it was the better option.

This hotel is a big lie, they offer airport transfers andnthey don't even have a bus, they offer SPA...but don't exist, in 5 days they never cleaned the room

Unfortunately the room was not clean, and had sticky white stuff on the floors near the bathroom entrance and by the bed. I did not stay.

Professional and helpful. Room is well furnished with your own computer. Clean and affordable for someone with a long layover in Seoul airport. The airline lost my luggage and the front desk helped me recover it and the airline brought it to the hotel for me. The front desk took care of my luggage while I went shopping at the mall.

Hotel room meet our expectations great 1 night stay before continuing on our trip. Not a lot of things to do in the area you will need to take a cab to get anywhere

Overall a great place to stay! Super kind and helpful staff, and the hotel was right next to the Juan train station, as well as a shopping/foods street with delicious tanghulu and cafes :) The hotel was pretty luxurious, with really good amenities provided (like a hair straightener!). Would stay again, and wasn’t too difficult to reach from the Incheon International Airport with minimal train transfers and walking!

Business Zimmer bekommen aber das kann höchstens ein Economy Zimmer sein.
