Pros:

The staff goes above and beyond with everything they do. I am a business owner and can say the group working at The Vincent are exceptional at making guests feel at home and taking care of any issue one might have. I had dropped a credit card at a shop and they were able to trace down the shop and area so I was able to retrieve the card. The location, attention to details, cleanliness and communications with guests are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Highlight auf der Reise. Sehr schönes Hotel. Man ist fast schon im village.
Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Haben auch Englisch gesprochen. Würde ich wieder buchen😀

Pros:

Hôtel impeccable, très bien situé au niveau de plusieurs arrêts de bus et du village hanok que vous pouvez visiter avec de nombreux commerces. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant le check-in pour pouvoir nous balader. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés la chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée dont la climatisation très utile même en automne. Au rez-de-chaussée vous pouvez petit déjeuner (bol de riz cuisiné gratuit) le reste payant, et vous avez le droit à une boisson gratuite lors de votre arrivée (jusqu'à 22h). Rapport qualité-prix imbattable, je vous le recommande vivement.

The Place was really nice, clean and well decorated, staff was kind and they spoke good english. The bed was really confortabile, the bathroom was spacious and cozy. We had a wonderful experience, Will definetly come back

Amazing Stay!
Pros:

The hotel is so nice! The staff was very helpful, and the room was beautiful and spacious. It's in a great location, near lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as the hanok village.

Cons:

Not necessarily a bad thing, but just something to be aware of. The bathtub doesn't have its own separate drain, it just opens directly onto the floor to use the floor drain in the bathroom. I was a little surprised at first, but otherwise, it was great.

Very nice hotel close to center with super friendly and excellent staff. A great choice to stay in Jeonju!

Cons:

Weird bathtub-shower-combo that makes it nearly impossible not to flood the bathroom.
