Buena relación precio
Pros:

La ubicación si quieres estar cerca de la estación y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Las camas son muy cómodas y en planta baja hay una buena cafetería

Wir sind nach 15 Minuten wieder abgereist! Entsprach nicht den Infos auf booking.com

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft für uns überhaupt nicht den Bildern und der Darstellung auf Booking.com. Der Unterschied war so gross, dass wir uns bereits nach etwa 15 Minuten entschieden haben, das Hotel wieder zu verlassen und kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft in Busan zu buchen. Die Zimmer haben wir nicht bezogen.

Besonders enttäuschend war für uns der anschliessende Umgang mit der Situation. Obwohl wir die Unterkunft nicht genutzt haben, bestand das Hotel auf der vollständigen Bezahlung aller vier Nächte. Wir hatten lediglich darum gebeten, die erste Nacht zu berechnen und die drei nicht genutzten Nächte zu erstatten – aus unserer Sicht ein fairer Kompromiss. Darauf wollte sich das Hotel leider nicht einlassen.

Dadurch mussten wir letztlich für zwei Hotels gleichzeitig bezahlen.

Während unserer Reise durch Südkorea hatten wir viele wirklich tolle Unterkünfte und waren fast überall sehr zufrieden. Umso mehr ist uns diese Erfahrung negativ in Erinnerung geblieben.

Zusätzlich haben wir nach der Buchung verdächtige WhatsApp-Nachrichten im Namen des Hotels erhalten, die Bezug auf unsere Buchung nahmen. Woher die Absender unsere Buchungsinformationen hatten, können wir nicht beurteilen, es hat bei uns jedoch zusätzliche Bedenken ausgelöst.

Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

New hotel with nothing included
Pros:

New building and new interior

Cons:

Nothing is included. The kitchen was missing plates, cups, silverware, and dish soap. It had 2 mugs. You have to buy laundry detergent from reception. There was not a single outlet in the sleeping area. The shower anti scalding device was set way too restrictive so the best I was able to get was a cool shower.

Cool hotel option near Busan Station
Pros:

- Staff was very nice, but unfortunately they speak little or no English at all. Something to keep in mind.
- Room was super clean and modern; had a washing machine and dryer which was a game changer. I also liked a glass wall that protected us from the AC unit; we could open the wall a little to get some air without having to lay right under the constant stream of cold air.
- Bed was very comfortable.
- We got towels and water every day.
- Location wise, it’s convenient to see different parts of Busan; both on the east and west. It’s also pretty close to Busan station - but there are not that many cool restaurants or cafes nearby.

Cons:

- Soundproofing is pretty bad, you can hear your neighbors a lot. If you’re lucky, you’ll enjoy the stay - in my case, I had two sleepless nights because guests in the adjacent room were making a lot of noise until 1-2 AM.
- There’s a dog center downstairs and they’re constantly barking.

Excellent stay at Archieve 4H hotel Busan!
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We stayed on the 18th floor and enjoyed beautiful views from the windows. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained.

A big advantage was having both a washing machine and a dryer in the room, which was very convenient during our trip. We also enjoyed the Korean-style breakfast, which offered a good variety of tasty local dishes.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again when visiting Busan. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
