Pros:

바다 뷰라 너무 좋았어요 석양지는것도 너무 예쁘고 객실도 조용하고 무엇보다 수영장도 너무 아름다웠어요
생긴지 얼마 안되서 너무 깨끗하고 호텔느낌 나는것도 너무 좋았어요 다음에도 또 오고싶어요

Cons:

통창이라 조금 덥긴했지만 그래도 뷰가 너무 환상적이어서 좋았어요

오우~ 여기 객실 진짜 좋아용 ㅋㅋ
Pros:

라테라스는 이용 해본적있는데 깔라까따? 객실쪽은 처음 이요해봤어요!! (아 그리고 노을맛집!!!)
신축이라 그런지 객실 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔하니 좋았구요, 입구 들어서자마자 우와~ 했네요 ㅎㅎ 두가족 이용하는거여서 방을 어떻게 잡을까 하다 여기 잡은거였는데 신의 한수였어욤.ㅋㅋ 객실 문 닫으면 분리가 되어서 일행 분리되어서 이용 가능해서 편하고 좋았구요~문닫으면서 화장실 별도 사용가능하니 그것또한 좃더라구요.

체크인전에 수영장 이용가능하다는거 알아서 먼저 갔더니 아이구~ 우리들세상...ㅋㅋㅋ 라테라스까지 다 같이이용가능해서 여기저기돌아다니면서 물놀이하는데 골라다니는? 재미가 나름 있었어용!! ㅋㅋ
그리고 존?들을 엄청 예쁘게 꾸며놔서 사진찍는 재미도 있고, 라테라스는 되게 이런걸 잘하는것같네요.

사진찍는거 좋아하는 엄마로서 너무 만족했어요. 애기들 인생샷 많이 건지고 갑니다. ㅋㅋ
또 오려구요. 겨울에는 윈터비리지로 유명하던데 또 일정잡아서 놀러 올게욤!! 완전 추천,

하루만 예약한 게 제일 아쉬웠던 숙소

여기 진짜 바다뷰가 미쳤어요…🌊✨
사진으로 봤을 때도 예쁘다고 생각했는데 실제로 보니까 훨씬 예뻐서 감탄했어요ㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 어디서 찍어도 배경이 다 해주는 느낌이라 사진 찍기 너무 좋았습니다.

특히 수영장이 진짜 예뻐요! 수영장 자체도 깔끔하고 분위기가 좋아서 물놀이하기도 좋고, 사진 찍기에도 완전 좋은 곳이었어요📸 수영장 + 바다뷰 조합이 너무 예뻐서 여행 온 느낌 제대로 나더라구요. 사진 건질 생각으로 가도 만족할 것 같아요ㅋㅋㅋ

시설도 전체적으로 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어서 쾌적했고, 객실도 편하게 이용했습니다. 직원분들도 정말 친절하셔서 머무는 동안 불편한 점 없이 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었어요 :)

개인적으로는 예쁜 바다뷰 보면서 쉬고 싶거나, 수영장 예쁜 숙소 찾는 분들한테 추천하고 싶어요. 뷰도 좋고 수영장도 예쁘고 시설도 깔끔해서 전체적으로 만족도 높았습니다! 다음에 또 여행 가게 되면 재방문하고 싶어요 최공

Pros:

야외 분위기도 너무 좋고 산책로도 잘 되어 있어서 가족 여행으로 딱이었어요. 이국적인 분위기덕분에 해외여행 온 기분이였습니다. 남자친구랑 이용하기 딱 좋았습니다!

Terrible “resort” more like a motel where I was surprised they didn’t charge for hot water usage
Cons:

Beds were covered in bed bugs, room was extremely dirty on arrival and after each daily “clean” didn’t change.
Staff extremely unhelpful and not interested.
Extra charge of $30USD per day per person for pool use which is not listed. Can not use pools if have tattoos. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone ever going to yeosu. Room photos also nothing like the room and “Terrace” room has no terrace

오션뷰, 발코니 없는 객실이였는데 (일부러 선택함) 바닷가앞 풀밭(?)을 다니는 사람들때문에 커튼을 열 수가 없었음

Pros:

직원들이 친절하고 요청한 비품을 빠른 시간에 가져다 줌 (수건, 생수, 옷걸이)

Cons:

1. 시끄럽고 방이 작으며 객실 비품이 침대, 의자 2개, 소형테이블 1개 라서 불편하며 호텔 침대에 베개가 2개인 경우는 처음 임
2. 객실 비품 청결도가 의심스러움 (수건은 낡고 오래 사용에 따른 세탁후 지워지지 않는 사용 흔적이 남아 있으며 일반적인 호텔에서 사용하는 수건이 아닌 얇은 일반수건 임)
3. 자차 아니면 교통이 불편하고 주변에 편의시설이 없어 호텔 편의점 이용해야 하는데 시중보다 음료수는 200-300 이상 비쌈

편안하고 깨끗한 숙소 그리고 멋진 뷰
Pros:

숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 체크인/체크아웃을 포함한 모든 프로세스가 온라인으로 진행되어 매우 편리했습니다.

특히 침대가 엄청 편안합니다. 오션뷰 경치도 너무 좋고요.

수영장과 부대시설도 매우 퀄리티가 높았어요.

Pire expérience en Corée du Sud
Pros:

- vue sur la baie ;
- chambre confortable et spacieuse ;
- parking.

Cons:

- personnel inexistant ;
- pas d’accueil. Il faut un numéro de téléphone coréen pour appeler la réception. Les étrangers n’ont pas de carte SIM coréenne ;
- pour le peu de personnel rencontré, ne parle pas anglais et ne fait aucun effort de compréhension ;
- surveillante de piscine désagréable ;
- pas de petits-déjeuners ;
- pas de restaurants sur place ( informations sur Booking.com erronées).

Great for kids
Pros:

This was our second time at this resort. We like it for the Waterpark for kids. For the best experience, rent a cabana set up so you can relax with a drink in the shade while you are watching your kids playing on waterslides.

Cons:

Waterpark is not included with your stay. For one day, it is 40 000 won per person. It gets pretty pricey for 3 people for 2-3 days. In my opinion, Waterpark for hotel guests should be included in price already. OR at least one day Free.

The view, Japanese style restaurant.

Cons:

Pool was not included which wasn’t advised in the booking information. Pool in La Terrace is not clean, have a look over the side overflow and it’s all algae. Yacht tour was not impressive, it’s a very slow round trip around the inside of the bay, it’s passable though.

Pros:

We loved this resort. The view from our room was spectacular. Staff was accommodating and nice. There were lots of activities to do around. If you have a car, you are not going to have any issues getting around.
