Surpreendente e excelente
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso com quartos excelentes. A fachada é antiga mas os quartos são novinhos, recém-reformados, muito bonitos, confortáveis e com um banheiro ótimo (ainda quero ter um banheiro igual na minha casa). Equipe muito simpática e eficiente. Muito perto da Estação Milano Centrale.

Švarus kambarys, buvo virdulys kavai, rankšluosčiai, viena pora šlepečių (buvom dviesia), vanduo buteliukuose, televizoriuje buvo YouTube 🥳 Gera lokacija.

Cons:

Įėjimas į viešbutį ir viešbučio registratūra atrodė tragiškai, visada kažką taisė ir pilną darbininkų 😄 Darbuotojai ne patys maloniausi. Pusryčiai nieko gero, bet iš bėdos pavalgyt galima.

Pros:

My phone was pickpocketed while in Milan. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They helped me communicate with the bank, the police, and provided all the guidance and support I needed. Moreover upon arrival, they provide me with an old room, but the reception was very understanding and collaborative to change my room into. newer, neater one. Overall, I would give beyond excellent reviews for the staff and very good ones for the hotel.
