Too dark, looks haunted
Fantastic staff. Amazing from booking to check out. Beautiful grounds and room. But the hospitality of the staff made it special.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful always ready to assist with a smile. Everything about our stay was smooth and stress-free, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, offering a great place to relax after exploring the city. One of the highlights was the food. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect, close to key attractions yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful evenings. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I really don't want to share too much, don't want to get the word out! But this hotel is beautifully and sophisticatedly designed, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere had a modern, chic, yet old world charm. It's truly a one of a kind experience.

In restaurant at breakfast we tried to order some extra food which never arrived, we just then end up leaving without.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff couldn’t do enough for me, they were so helpful in advance and even better when we arrived. Claudia and Gillian were especially helpful. Thank you so much for the upgrade on our room to make my partners birthday extra special. Nothing is too much for them. All aspects of this hotel are incredible. Thanks to all staff at the Venice Venice hotel.
Stunning location!!! The waterfront dining is unbelievable. The rooms themself are gorgeous. The spa was great. All thumbs up.
The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues we encountered. Would still strongly recommend anyone going to Venice to have a stay in this great hotel.
