I stayed in the hotel with my with my son and daughter.
My son stayed out late 2 nights and could not gain late access to the hotel . He had to stay with his friends.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and honest.
Special thanks to Mr. James — he was attentive from the moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The view of the Duomo was absolutely stunning.

The reception area felt a bit small, and a larger space would improve the experience.

When in Milan, this is where we will stay!!
Pros:

Everything!! the bed, the gigantic bathtub the location!!!! The view of the Duomo!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to the ending of our trip throughout Europe!!

Worst 5 star hotel i have been to

Only the rooms and location

IT IS A TRAP DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL!!

The worst 5 star hotel I have been to in my life, other than the room everything is bad

To get to the hotel, the road was closed we had many luggages. I had to go in and walk around 70 meters from the car to the hotel and get the bell boy.

To get to the room, if you take the stairs it is very bad and worn out as shown in photos. There is a smoking smell in the stairs also there is onions smell in the stairs.

After that I called booking.com to cancel the booking. Although I had a flexible booking option they said that i need to get the properties’ approval but they rejected. They made in mandatory for me to stay at the hotel
But since the reservation was done through booking I changed the duration of my booking to one night so i can stay the night and go out to another hotel the day after.
