Pros:

I honestly wished we had booked it for longer.

The property itself is large, very clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s surrounded by nature and feels peaceful and well cared for. There are even some animals on the grounds, including a donkey and chicken, which adds a nice touch.

Our room, in the main building, was comfortable and nicely furnished, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged.

The surroundings are exactly what you expect from Tuscany rolling hills, forests, and plenty of wildlife. You can even spot animals from a safe distance, watching them from behind the fence.

There’s also a football field on the property and convenient parking, which makes everything even more practical.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

Cordialità e disponibilità dello Staff. Lit di benvenuto. Tranquillità e pulizia dell’appartamento. Disponibilità di parcheggio e campetti da calcio/basket.

Cons:

Distributore di bevande calde e fredde chiuso dalle 19. Perché non lasciarlo accessibile h24, vista l’assenza di bar nei dintorni?

Emplacement magnifique en pleine nature c’est superbe
Le personnel (Giada) est merveilleuse et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle 🙏🏼

Cons:

Le seul hic ce sont le mobilier en fer qui font un bruit très fort dès que quelqu’un tire la chaise , peut être trouver des tampons pour atténuer le bruit strident

Der Pool ist schön und man bekommt Tennis equipment + Platz for free,

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Gäste im nebenzimmer Fernsehen und schnarchen.
Das Restaurant hatte geschlossen und wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Küche gebucht.
Der Kaffeautomat nimmt nur Münzen, die kleiner als 1€ sind und gibt nur 5ct stücke als Wechselgeld zurück
