Vista e hotel lindos mas precisam de melhorar o serviço
Pros:

O hotel é lindo. Os quartos são esteticamente apelativos, cheios de arte. A vista da varanda do hotel é maravilhosa e convida a aproveitar a vista. O estacionamento do hotel é bastante cómodo, pelo valor de 20 euros por dia.

Cons:

Apesar da simpatia de quem nos recebeu no primeiro dia, o serviço é muito desorganizado. Chegamos bem depois das 12h para o check in, mas tivemos de esperar mais de meia hora porque o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Na primeira noite o AC do quarto não funcionava, mas em vez de irem ver o que se passava, disseram que estava “ligado” por duas vezes (mesmo depois de eu dizer que não estava) - apenas no segundo dia percebi que a fração do quadro da eletricidade do AC estava desligado, e aí fui eu que resolvi a questão.
O pequeno-almoço tem de ser escolhido de véspera e demora muito a ser servido (provavelmente pela falta de funcionários ou talvez inexperiência), sendo que há várias coisas cobradas como “extra” como ovos mexidos e fruta cortada, que em qualquer hotel de 4 estrelas são incluídas no buffet.
No final apenas uma nota para terem mais atenção com a limpeza - o edredão da nossa cama cheirava muito mal e estava c marcas de sujidade.

O hotel é lindo, mas precisa de melhorar o serviço.

Perfect hotel to stay at! The staff were very professional and kind, especially Simona at the reception. The view is exceptional, and the hotel service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it’s one of those places we would love to visit again!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte von der Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Berge.

Cons:

Das restaurant ist sehr kostspielig.
Da das Hotel mitten auf dem Berg liegt ist es schwierig mal eben schnell einkaufen oder essen zugehen.
