수영장의 작은 사이즈에 너무 놀라고(특히 야외 수영장의 사이즈와 주변의 지저분함에 정말 당황스러웠슴)
아침에도 늦은 저녁에도 로비에 가득 찬 중국 관광객의 소란스러움에
불쾌한 여행이 되었다는 게 가장 아쉽고 속상했습니다
조식을 먹으려고 하다가 너무 시끄럽고 혼잡함에 깜짝 놀라 포기했는데
제일 잘한 일 같음~먹는 내내 후회했을 듯!!!
특히 식당 앞에서 담배 피는 사람들로 가득한 풍경이 놀라웠습니다 식사하며 그걸 봐야한다니....좀 아닌것같습니다
심지어 그곳의 휴지통 마다에 꽂혀 있는 담배꽁초가 여기가 호텔 주변이 맞나 싶은.....
관리와 대안이 필요하다는 생각을 많이 했습니다

Worth the money
Pros:

Amazing views.

Location: The hotel is a bit far from Seoul and there is not much to do around the hotel besides visiting the premium outlet.

My experience was not satisfactory. I didn’t feel relaxed during my stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. She called a taxi for us to the domestic airport.

Cons:

The hotel lobby was so crowded with international tourists groups. The whole atmosphere was so hectic and noisy. After a long flight, you wouldn’t expect to experience when checking in. The shuttle bus to airport is very limited. This information should be transparent. I have to get a taxi ride to and from airports and hotel. The taxi driver asked for double fare from airport to hotel.

Pros:

The room size was great!

Cons:

The furniture needed to be cleaned along with the floors and the walls needed to be painted. Also, the hotel should either supply swim caps or the store should sell them. I paid for pool use and was unable to use the pool due needing a swim cap and the hotel not having/selling them.

Pros:

Cleanliness, friendly & helpful English speaking staff, shuttle to Gimpo airport

Cons:

Distance from Shops. One chicken shop was there just across the bus parking area but everything else was far away

CLOSE TO AIRPORT

Cons:

I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THERE WAS A SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT AS WE NEEDED TO LEAVE AT4:30-5:00AM. They answered yes but there wasn't! Front desk wasn't manned at that time and I was stuck by the parking elevator thinking it was the general elevator and couldn't go down and no one answered phone!!! This is definitely not a good business hotel
