Totally unacceptable
Pros:

Bedroom and bathroom were fine

Cons:

Foyers looked abandoned and neglected . The hotel looked like it was abandoned. There was a fairly helpful guy at check in . There was an abusive staff member at check out. Don’t know what he was screaming about and taking our photos, so for our safety we left. Totally unacceptable.

Pros:

편하게 잘 쉬었습니다.

객실은 잘 청소가 되어 있었고, 깨끗했습니다.

샤워시설은 수압은 강하고, 뜨거운물이 잘 나왔습니다.

객실도 온도 조절이 잘되어 있어서 춥거나 덥다는 느낌없이 잘 휴식을 취했습니다.

체크아웃이 11시라 아침을 천천히 시작 할 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

주변 부대시설이 많지 않습니다.

주변 가게가 저녁 8시정도 넘으면 대부분 닫아서 밤늦게는 시내로 나가야합니다.

Pros:

골프여행으로 2박3일로 투숙했는데 1박후 청소와 수건 세면도구 음료 재세팅을 요구했으나 거절 당했습니다 당연한걸 거절 당해서 기분이 좋지 않았네요 청소와 침구교체는 퇴실할때만 하고 필요한건 따로 요청하라고하네요 그 외에는 괜찮습니다

Very comfortable stop on the Seoul to Busan bike route.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and room.
Good bicycle storage.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Microwave and ice machine available as well as laundry.

Cons:

There was a fair amount of light in the room from LED lighting and inadequate curtains which was irritating when trying to sleep at night.

Pros:

근처 맛집도 많고 호텔도 신축이어서 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 충주 사과도 맛 좋고 근처에 식당들이 저렴하고 맛이 좋아서 놀랬습니다.
