Wonderful location, watch out the room you are assigned as certain are indecent.
Pros:

The staff was super kind. The location is fantastic if you want to visit the national park.

Cons:

The room we were assigned was not the one we had chosen. It was a mini attic where we couldn’t stand up except for a small piece of the room. The bathroom was inside the bedroom as it was a monolocal. Even if a jacuzzi was put in there, we found it indecent not having a bathroom with a door and have a wc 2 meters distant from the bed.

Pros:

Letto king size enorme! Camera davvero molto bella. Personale gentilissimo, location molto bella, tanti divanetti per rilassarsi e anche la jacuzzi. Cinque minuti a piedi dall' entrata 3 dei laghi.

Cons:

I pavoni in gabbia, non li fate uscire mai? :(

Traumhafte gepflegte, saubere Anlage mit Restaurant, Whirlpool, Kinderspielplatz, kleiner Tierpark, Minigolf, Tennis, Billard.
Frühstück sehr lecker.
Personal sehr freundlich - genaue Erklärung der Sightseeing-Touren zu den Seen👌
10 Min fußläufig zum Eingang 3 der Plitvicer Seen.

Camera tutta in legno favolosa, bagno perfetto e pulito. Ottimo ristorante. Punto di ricarica EV direttamente nel parcheggio
Praticamente si trova attaccato al punto di ingresso 3 (non ufficiale) del parco. In 5 minuti si arriva ai lower lake con molto meno dislivello che dà ingresso 1
Il personale è estremamente servizievole

Cons:

La spa costa molto per quello che offre ed in più la temperatura degli idromassaggi è del tutto inaccessibile. Due congelati e uno bollente

Propreté et confort irréprochable
Très bel hôtel avec ferme jeux enfants espace détente mini golf paddle
nous avons eu L impression d’être des VIP et avec leur explications nous avons gagné un temps précieux pour cette visite magique merci infiniment à toute l équipe du Lakeside

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal parco. La struttura è molto bella tipo lodge, pulito, con molti servizi e il personale davvero gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi necessità. Anche il ristorante buono

Could be very high standard hotel
Pros:

Very nice localisation with good add-ons, like mini zoo or others. Nice design of houses and big apartaments.

Cons:

Cleaning is not acceptable. I have received room without cleaned rubbish, rust from shower is making shower not usable same of other hangers in bathroom is broken. Food for the price could be better.
Hotel has very good perspectives and could approach very high standards but small things could destroy reputation.
