Ideal für Natoinalparkbesuch
Pros:

Die fußnahe Lage zum Eingang 3 des plitvica Nationalpark ist genial .Die Rezeption war für den Ankauf der Eintrittskarten in den Nationalpark und die Route im Park sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider gab es mit dem Wasser Probleme, so dass vom Genuss abgeraten wurde. Das Restaurant war schön aber nicht gerade günstig.

Localização ótima, próxima do parque, muito bom atendimento e ajuda na recepção com as malas até o quarto. Café da manhã, excelente e variado.

Cons:

O banho, chuveiro parcialmente entupido, saia agua aos pingos, e para piorar, no dia seguinte acabou a agua, impossibilitando o uso do banheiro

Lage top, der Rest naja

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Park. Der Empfang war fast schon übertrieben freundlich, die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön.

Cons:

Der junge Mann, der uns empfangen und in's Zimmer begleitet hat, erwähnte zwar, dass die Flasche Wasser inkludiert ist, hat aber leider vergessen zu erwähnen, dass dafür kein Tropfen Wasser aus den Hähnen kommt, und man dieses Wasser zum Händewaschen nutzen muss. Wir sind dann zur Rezeption zurück, um das zu melden, da haben uns fröhliche junge Männer erklärt, dass das ganze Areal aktuell kein Wasser hat, es aber in Kürze wieder funktionieren sollte...In Kürze war dann ca. 24 h später.. da war dann dafür das WLAN ausgefallen und auch bis zum nächsten Morgen nicht mehr da. Beim Warten auf Wasser waren wir dann im Restaurant, soweit alles ok, aber auf der Rechnung waren dann statt 2 Gläsern Wein ein ganzer Liter Wein abgerechnet, war aber nur ein Versehen, meinte der Kellner...

Brilliant location for visiting Plitvica lakes. A 5 minute walk to entrance 3.
Quite large, bright room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower.
Breakfast Good. Food at restaurant for evening meal good.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We couldn't drink the water from the taps in the room. However, bottled water was freely available from reception. A minor problem.

A complete and utter mess.
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious
The bed is really good, a very soft matress
The facilities were quite well, there is free darts/billiards etc.
Breakfeast was okay

Cons:

The main reason for the bad grade is no running water to be able to take a shower, use the toilet normally etc.
The claim was water shortage, I am sorry but as a customer paying around 200 euro a night I expect to be able to take a shower. This is priority 0 for any establishment.

Furthermore it was a colder day, the primary heating is via AC. The AC would work for 5-10 minutes and then shut off. It was not user error, no timer was set etc.

And lastly the staff. Even though the staff really is nice and helpful I find it unacapteable that I have to use English as a primary communication tool in my country. Upon asking for a croatian speaking individual, the info I got is that only the manager speaks it and is not currently here.

Ensemble satisfaisant, personnel de bonne volonté et très aimable.
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour visiter les lacs sans voiture. Ensemble hôtelier très au calme. Après un problème de porte de chambre, on nous a surclassés spontanément.

Cons:

Beaucoup d'escaliers pour une valise lourde, à cause d'un terrain très accidenté

Bett erst nach Reparatur nutzbar, beides hätte bei der Vorbereitung des Zimmers bemerkt werden müssen
Wasserversorgung temporär nicht gegeben
Frühstücksraum mit Schieferboden wurde kurz vor Beginn der Frühstückszeit nass gewischt, war nicht abgetrocknet und es bestand extreme Rutschgefahr
