Really great accommodation with a lot of character and very close to the entrance of the lakes park. Great quality restaurant on site with very attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble and they made the service very personalised! Amazing breakfast buffet! A highlight was our host/receptionist on arrival - we booked last minute for one night only and arrived quite late, he made sure we were truly welcomed, great sense of humour, and gave us detailed instructions to the park for the next morning to make sure we avoid the crowds! Some great activities on site also although we didn’t have time to experience them. We will definitely return!

Overall good stay
Pros:

The location was great. An unofficial entrance to the National Park was just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and the onsite restaurant was good and convenient but a bit overpriced. Room was comfortable. The property also had many amenities. My children enjoyed playing table tennis.

Cons:

We booked a 2-bedroom suite and I didn't realize that the rooms would be on separate floors. There was an internal staircase but it was very narrow and didn't look safe and secure so we would have to go out of our room and take the external staircase up one floor to see the children or vice versa. Also, the water for the shower did not drain properly so after we finished there would be water all over the floor.

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für den Besuch der Plitvicker Seen. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und besonders auch hundefreundlich.
Leckereres Frühstück und ein schönes Ambiente.
