Pros:

Idéalement situé pour la visite du parc national. Chambres confortables dans des bâtiments en bois dans un style chalets de montagne. Excellent accueil à la réception avec tous les tuyaux pour une visite optimale des lacs.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant, très gentil, mais poussant un peu trop à la consommation ( proposition de vin plus cher, servant un plat plus grand ( et plus cher) que celui commandé, insistance concernant le pourboire...). Tellement de monde au petit-déjeuner que cela devient compliqué d'avoir un café.

Fantastic place. Excellent service
Pros:

The room was spacious,clean and very comfortable. The restaurant great for diner and breakfast lovely. The staff at reception went out of their way explaining the best route through the park for us.

Wonderful Property
Pros:

WE loved the property. It's a little scary driving there the first time, but once you get there the property is gorgeous. The rooms were comfortable. It's not far from Plitvice, and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Dinner was not. The good news is that rooms have kitchens. So, bring something easy to cook or make sure you order the pasta.

1. צוות המקום עשה מעל ומעבר כדי להסביר על הצורה המומלצת לבקר בשמורה, וכדי לסייע לנו במקום.
2. מיקום המלון הוא המיקום הטוב ביותר לביקור בשמורה.

So disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and tried their best, but poor training from management. Good location to entrance 3 of the wonderful national park.

Cons:

So much penny pinching, became laughable in the end!! Only 3 tea bags in the room, no coffee ,had to ask for milk told not supply coffee, better not to have kettle. Food in restaurant really tasteless. So disappointing. Only 2 of the 4 deserts on offer!!. Don't bother asking for a pack up breakfast, very very poor. In the wellness area, no locks on the lockers or on the unisex toilets or shower room. The steam room not functioning. Poor staff member did not realise she needed to put toilet paper in both toilet areas. Felt very sorry for the staff, just really poor management. Certainly not eco focussed resort, just using the trend. All so disappointing.
The Plitvice park was wonderful.

A few niggles but had a great stay - you are paying for the location.
Pros:

The location is exceptional, short walk to entrance 3 which puts you in easy access to upper and lower lakes. Rooms are very nicely furnished. Nice little zoo and play area, lots of comfortable seating around with table service from the bar. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and eager to assist

Cons:

Showers were consistently cold or like warm. We booked the 2 room suite, it was not clear that this is a duplex and the 2nd bed room was accessed via a very steep staircase that more resembles a step ladder. Was fine as our children are older, but would have been very problematic with small children
