Rooms simple but clean
Building dirty
Room was dirty - shelves covered in months of dust, hairs in the undersink cupboard and small bits of rubbish on the floor. There was food left by previous tenants in the fridge. However the bedding was clean and was very comfortable. It is a busy area for nightlife so fyi it is noisy from outside at night. They only clean the rooms once every 7 days (never stayed in a hotel which does it less than every 3 days). I asked reception for a clean sheet during our stay, and said I would change them myself but they refused. They let you have fresh towels but not a fresh sheet- why??? I then paid for 30k won fee for room cleaning - but all they did was change the sheets, nothing was cleaned and they didn't even bother to empty the bin. I feel ripped off for the cleaning fee, and that the staff were unkind in not just letting me have a change of sheets. I never usually leave bad reviews but the cleanliness was completely unacceptable.

It was really nice and did look exactly like the photos provided. The staff were very accommodating. They do have a space where you can leave your luggage if you need to (free of charge!) but confirm times with front desk. Only complaint would be the tub in the bathroom was really deep and hard to get into if you are a shorter individual like me (5’2). But besides that I would say it’s a really nice place to stay & nearby all the popular points in Hongdae :)

Des transports en communs des balades visite des monuments des ponts la culture Coréen que j' aime énormément ville dynamique accueillante où on se sent bien nourriture Coréen excellentes je reviendrai sans excitation c est ma ville de coeur et que j aime je mis suit senti chez moi et en confiance

The air conditioning is central even though each room has its own controller. The building needs some updates as the carpet is wearing out and some other issues.
We had a great stay. Staff were helpful, all amenities you'd need are on site, and very accommodating.
Flies everywhere in the room and the wall was a disgusting concrete slab with holes and shards of stone everywhere.
And our AC was broken and my girlfriend was having awful period cramps and super uncomfortable.
It advertises with on sight laundry but it is doubled the price of regular laundry centres.
It’s in a convenient area but is lazily maintained and dirty. One of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had.
Only go if your there for the location for short time.
The hotel is okay. Location is walkable, but you get nothing but the room. No AC, even though it’s advertised. I was sooooo hot!
AC was not working in the room. Brought it up to the front desk's attention and said that they will check it out. The issue wasnt resolved during my entire stay. I do not recommend staying at this place.
The room was a throwback hostel: stained concrete walls, dorm room beds, Ikea/Nittori style crap furniture (broken tiny round table fell apart and dumped my laptop to the floor), metal mini-blinds bent and barely functional. OTOH, the location is great, lots of traveler amenities (communal spaces, work spaces, kitchen, laundry).
