Overall stay is good and we stayed there for 6 days. Helpful receptionists and cleaners
Pros:

Convenient & location is good. Easy accessible.
Has a lift in the property. Easy for luggages.
There’s eateries / restaurants just around the property.

Cons:

Just nice for 4pax gatherings in the living hall area. More than that .. you find it too cramp.
They need to give more hang racks or holders in the rooms.
There are nothing to hang clothes/ jackets * especially.
No clothes hangers provided.

Our overall stay was still very enjoyable. We had a great experience and would gladly consider staying here again.
Pros:

UH Suite Central Seoul was an ideal location for our stay. It’s conveniently close to great food spots, shopping areas, and both subway and bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were warm and accommodating, and we truly appreciated being allowed to check in a bit early.

Cons:

Although we experienced an issue on our last night when our room became uncomfortably warm and the night staff were unable to resolve it at the time.

Good experience overall.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for shopping, eating at local restaurants and visiting tourist spots like the palace and the Lotte Department store. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

I did not like the pebble floor in the kitchen and I did not like the dining table which was on the floor so was very uncomfortable to sit at.

Pros:

Spacious for 4 guests and good number of bathrooms! Bedding was comfortable.
It was a very comfortable stay. Location was excellent! Housekeeping staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Overall the hotel team has been very accommodating to our requests.

Cons:

There was only one lift which meant longer waiting times if it got busy. Security wise - bcos the building is shared with other businesses, anyone could walk in and get to the floors. There's no scanning of hotel keys in the lift to get to your floor.

Nice apartment style stay in city.
Pros:

It’s just behind Seoul exchange and near train station. So access was good. Homely feel the with the 2 bedroom and shared dining area. Shared Washing machine and dryer in reception easy to use.

Cons:

The front of the building faces the back of the bigger buildings so walking past trash and back of buildings not the most pleasant view.

Not sure if we'd stay here again
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Bed 2, 3 and the kitchen / family area are smaller than pictured.
2 Bathrooms but can't use both showers at the same time as they fight for hot waters.
Cigarette smell comes up through drainage & fans in the bathrooms during nights.
Very stuffy and hard to set room temperatures with the heating and cooling systems they have in place.
The lift is small, slow and stinks.
No phone to call Reception.

I don’t enjoy it bcos of the space constraint. Everything chargeable is not great
Pros:

Food and convenience stores nearby. Using WhatsApp to communicate

Cons:

Layout of the rooms, a lot of wastage. Cannot open our luggages. One bathroom is impossible to use
