Entrance full of garbage and dark elevator with clutter
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The entrance is full of garbage and smell bad. The elevator is small and dark. Booking.com didn’t show any entrance pictures. The chair we had was broken. They exchange to another one for us but it’s also broken. The living room is extremely small. The bathroom is also very small. We live in 9th floor and the elevator was broken so we had to walk

It’s a spacious accommodation with good location, convenice stores and Olive Young and a good cafe is just right around
Pros:

It’s spacious for me and my friend with two toilets

Cons:

One room door is the Japanese type so the light from the emergency exit sign in the living room came through at night. Also the lower floors are other tenants and the hotel entrance is close to the a restaurant and is dirty

Given the size of hotel rooms in cities, we were glad to find this place!
Pros:

We booked an 8 people-apartment for 3 people, it was extremely confortable. We all had our own room, which was appreciated.

Cons:

There was one big bedroom for four people, but the two other rooms for two people were quite small. We didn’t have space to leave our luggage inside the room, they had to be placed in the corridor or in the common area.

Great location and cool atmosphere and vibe for good price in central Seoul.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, easy communication with staff on the premises. Small hotel, but felt really nice. Loved the room style and atmosphere.

Cons:

There was no real seating in our rooms communal area which made gathering together in the kitchen to watch tv less comfortable.

最高でした！また利用したい系列の他の所も行ってみたい
Pros:

6人でファミリーウッドスイートに泊まりました。
リビングの他に3部屋あったので、ここに決めました。
入った瞬間からいい香りがして、施設内も綺麗で最高でした。
歯磨きセットやパジャマはなかったが、シャンプーリンスボーディーソープドライヤーはあった。
水も8本冷蔵庫に入っていた。
コンセントはSEタイプ、トイレはペーパーをそのまま流せた。
リビングでは6人みんな座って話ができて良かった。
立地もかなり良く、オリーブヤングやカフェなどある。
チェックアウトと11時と割と遅く良かった。
よく眠れて快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

場所が若干分かりにくかったのですが、上を見たらしっかり看板があった。
空港からホテルまでタクシーが無料で利用できるとのことで、当日かなり飛行機が遅れてしまい、ドライバーは飛行機の遅れなど把握していると思ったが、連絡してももう着いていると待機されて、時間になると帰られた。ホテルへ問い合わせると現地のタクシーを利用してその領収書が貰えればその分返金してくれると対応してくれた。ホテル側の対応は良かったのだが、特典のタクシー利用はしっかり定時に到着しないと利用は難しいと感じた。
シャワールームの水捌けは使った後に排水溝の蓋を外して掃除したら問題なかった。

立地は良かったし、スタッフも良かったけれど、次回は別のホテルを検討すると思う。
Pros:

一部屋にベッドの数が4つあり、大人数で泊まるのに良かった！
立地も観光に便利だった。

Cons:

ダイニングが寛げない。
雰囲気重視の砂利と小上がりではなく、カーペットとソファーにしたほうが居心地が良い。
窓のある部屋がなく外が見えないのも良くなかった。
