Location was good.
Pros:

Clean and nice for a family of 4.

Cons:

Lift was small and the entrance look a bit dowdy.

Good for short stay
Pros:

Close to most areas, clean. AC is controlled individually in each room and worked really well. Washer and separate great dryer downstairs (free).

Cons:

Close to Gwanghwamun square so it’s very noisy starting very early if there are protests etc going on
The living space didn’t have a couch in our room just a rock garden. Couldn’t open all our luggage at one time, very narrow living space.

Pros:

チェックアウト前日に仁川空港までのタクシーについて質問をすると、すぐに調べてくれて、予約までしてもらえました。所要時間や料金、車の大きさなど丁寧に教えていただきました。ありがとうございます。部屋がきれいでした。

Cons:

床暖房を切りたかったのですが、やり方がわからず、困りました。ヘアブラシなどあればよかったです。

Amazing location, walk to the Palace and Cheonggyecheon Stream.
Pros:

Decor was lovely, beds super comfy, amenities excellent.

Cons:

As an Australian, slightly thicker floor cushions as an option would make the living area a bit more comfortable - but the heated floor was delightful.

Overall stay is good and we stayed there for 6 days. Helpful receptionists and cleaners
Pros:

Convenient & location is good. Easy accessible.
Has a lift in the property. Easy for luggages.
There’s eateries / restaurants just around the property.

Cons:

Just nice for 4pax gatherings in the living hall area. More than that .. you find it too cramp.
They need to give more hang racks or holders in the rooms.
There are nothing to hang clothes/ jackets * especially.
No clothes hangers provided.
