The room was clean.
It was noisy, you will know every time someone on your floor opens the door to their room.
Located near an immigration office, there are a lot of people waiting and even sleeping in front of that office.
Small little hotel in an old building. Hard to tell it is a hotel frmo the outside, but it is indeed at the adress. Very friendly staff, clean room. I couldn't enjoy the gardens becuase it was too hot.
I couldn't figure out how to reach the staff when the reception was not occupied (which was often, also during the day). I did not investigate about breakfast.

Greeted by helpful nun. Great to rest in this haven of peace 10 minutes away from the tourist chaos (the city of Florence has changed a lot in the last 13 years). Very clean, pragmatic. Lovely garden. If you like gardens, request a room with garden view (forgot to do so). Very conveniently located. Now, next to the tram that takes you to and from the airport.

Very relaxing. Loved hearing the nuns singing while we were eating breakfast. Air con was excellent, lots of hot water. But no bath as expected. I even got a Camino stamp. The little landing kitchen has some basics, microwave, corkscrew and glasses/mugs. Take your own tea/coffee. Plenty of salt/sugar. The garden was lovely for a picnic. The room balcony was devine. The nuns were very friendly.

Durant notre sejour de 2 nuits la chambre a était refaite et rangé.
Possibilité de se promener dans le jardin et d entendre les soeurs chanter pendant l office.
Impossible de se garer a cote de l établissement.

Schlichtes Hotel in einem Altbau, aber alles Nötige vorhanden - schalldichte Fenster, Klimaanlage, sauberes und bequemes Bett. 10min Gehdistanz vom Hauptbahnhof Santa Maria Novella. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Allora bene. Un po' alta la tariffa, non so se fosse per via del concerto. Comunque ha tutto.
J’ai séjourné quelques nuits dans cet établissement parfaitement situé pour vivre au cœur de Florence. Les sœurs étaient à l’écoute, bienveillantes et d’une grande aide pour veiller à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux. La chambre était confortable. Merci encore

Very good value for money and the sisters are very welcoming. The rooms are nice and cool with air conditioning and have everything you need. There is even a little kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave.
Toilet flush is weak
