The hotel is cute however wasn’t very clean or welcoming and the others in surrounding rooms

Pros:

It was very clean & the air con was good. There was plenty of soap & shampoo for use.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was intermittent & sometimes non existent. The coffee machine was broken so nothing for clients to make hot drinks independently. There was nowhere to hang the wet towels as the towel rail was broken.

Great value, friendly staff and comfortable stay!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are great and we had no complaints about our accommodations. Parking at the rear very easy. Pub is nice and modern feeling.

Cons:

Nothing, this was exactly the kind of easy accommodation we were after.

Perfect for an overnight layover!
Pros:

Late check in was smooth, staff were lovely, the gentleman who checked me in carried my luggage up the stairs, thank you! Room was spotless, tea and coffee service was great, shampoo and body wash smelled so good. Room was small which suited me fine as I was only staying for an overnight layover.

I was only there for one night but I thought with a few upgrades it could be a cool place to stay
Pros:

Clean linens, new bathroom/toilet

Cons:

Carpet needs replacing, I felt it took away from my overall experience, not much room to move in room and walls needed repairs/repainting

Pros:

Staff were amazing. The girls couldn't do enough for us.

Cons:

The WiFi is ridiculous as it only lasts 30 min tops and logs out. Something which needs addressing.
