Other hotel guests were playing loud musuc till early hours making it hard to sleep. Early rising hotel guests had no concern for other slamming doors and talkkng loudly between 4 and 5am. I was staying here for work , travelling 350km a day between towns sleep is important for me.
Nothing
Noise. Size of the room. Dirty. Smelly. We felt unsafe with all the drunken workers living there.
The staff were good. Bedrooms were alright, linen nice.
Room 13 had no milk, Room 17 had no hot chocolate and none of our rooms had hot water.
Paying to have cold water showers did not go down well. A lot of noise with people yelling and running up and down the corridor until 10 p.m. and then the same again from 4:00 a.m. We did not pay to get very little sleep. Bathrooms need immediate renovating.
Was supposed to stay at the hotel as part of a wedding party, but due to overbooking, I, along with many other guests had to move to different accommodation. I am still waiting for a refund.
The front desk person very apologetic
Our stay was cancelled due to a plumbing issue and i had to drive back home after enjoying a lovely day at the Cherry Festival
There was nothing to like sadly. The man at Bar was extremely friendly and lovely - i wont name as he was so embarrassed about the rooms.
The rooms were grotty. The smell of old cigarettes and freshly burning ones was intense. (I am the partner of a smoker but this was next level) The whole premises was quite disgusting and disappointing. Nowhere online represents the true state of accommodation. Upon arrival through a deserted unkempt driveway, walked through a bit of an indoor/ outdoor kitchen the smell of mice was intense along with a hint of rotting food. A layer of sticky fat covered cooking facilities. The smell of cigarettes greeted us, as we stepped out of car - many (like a lot) workers sitting in carpark smoking. The smell lingered through the whole building. Such a shame! We had a meal at the tall timbers restaurant across the road and that place was lovely, I assumed the accommodation would be to the same great standard.
I had young kids with me, and we felt quite unsafe to stay on - we checked in and went up to rooms, but actually walked out and never stayed the night, we lost the price we paid for room.
Give you what you say you are going to give you customers. Never revived our welcome drinks at all when asked about them was told by a rude staff that I was lieing.
Location and price
Not clean and wasn’t told it was a backpacker facility.
Shower was appalling and hot was a problem.
No aircon
they gave me the smallest bed ever!! not only that but it was quite firm, not the most comfortable but not the worst.
Didn’t met my expectations. To noisy at night and early morning.Needs renovation.Refund was not given for 1 night left since we left early and was told they will refund it .
Young staff very helpful but noisy with music loud
Lack off information how to get in out where to put keys once checking out
Nothing
Loud noise all night, no hot water for bath, no staff around to help or at reception area.
No Breakfast,
The show hot water was cold, no hot water for showers, could not fill the kettle from the tap, no milk in the fridge as stated. Under the bed not vscuumed, missing g tiles in bathroom, looked third rate.
Nothing, it was horrible.
The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, it was clear the shower hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Dirty tissues and someones glasses under the bed.
There was no hot water for most of the stay, it was just briefly warm enough to have a shower once, otherwise it was cold washes, and no staff around to talk to.
The noise levels were ridiculous. We had an 8-hour karaoke party going on, it was so so loud that the floor vibrated. Then people shouting in the corridor in the early hours.
