Close to KTX and Busan station, so easy to get around to different areas of Busan. Was slightly challenging to find our way to our room at first, but staff was helpful and responsive.
I loved the place! Spacious, smartly decorated and contained everything we needed for a short even long term stay.
I had missunderstood the layout of the rooms so we were so happy when we arrived. I travelled with a friend and we got our own separate, but ajoining apartments. We each had our own bedroom, bathroom and livingroom. The room and everything around was so clean.
The staff was very friendly via email, we never met anyone. There was no cleaning, offcourse, but we expected that and appreciated being left alone. Just like a home away frome home. But with amazing views.
The only thing that took some getting used to was how to enter the building but everyting was provided in the welcome information and the other residents were very helpful and kind.
Schitterend en ruim 3 slaapkamer appartement met een prachtig zicht op de stad en brug.
Piekfijn uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een korte of zelfs langere periode.
Nog mooier dan op de foto's vond ik.
We bleven er maar 2 nachten maar je kan er even makkelijk 2 maanden verblijven.
Een echte aanrader, maar je moet wel tijdig je toegangscode aanvragen, er is namelijk geen receptie. Wij hadden dit niet gedaan en dat is het wel even zoeken.
Je moet ook zelf dan je auto registreren voor de gratis parking. Hiervoor moet je de volledige nummerplaat opgeven, inclusief de Koreaanse karakters, wat best pittig was.
Parking onderaan in gebouw is wel heel handig.
The property is near Busan station, very easy to get train, room is clean, the view is beautiful. At beginning, we couldn’t figure out how to use air conditioning, because we couldn’t read Korean instruments, finally we found English version and solved problems.
Absolutely one of the most confusing places to access. Thankfully, one of the security officers told us the correct tower and elevator to use to reach the room after we roamed around for 20 minutes. You need a code to get to the elevators, a code to use the elevators, and a code to enter the room. The room is controlled by a touch screen which is in Korean and must be translated for non-Korean speakers. It took a while to figure out climate control and lighting control. The toilet also has a control panel in Korean. However, despite all of the confusion, the room is great. Awesome views, very clean, and the staff was responsive anytime we needed something. The luggage storage was a nice perk too.
Its important to recognize that this is a residential hotel, meaning it is an apartment you're staying in, so it will not have all the amenities of a standard hotel, but with that in mind I had a great stay. The communication beforehand was great, the apartment was clean and huge, and the view was beautiful. Not much more I could have asked for.

Great location in Busan
좋은 뷰, 레지던스 측의 빠른 응대는 좋았습니다.
다만 룸키핑은 4박에 한번, 타올 교체 등은 요청해야 하며 생수도 처음 하루만 제공된다든지 하는 레지던스 특유의 정책이 있는 점은 참조하기시 바랍니다.
그리고 본 건물인 협성마리나 G7의 부대 시설 등의 공사가 완료되지 않은 부분이 없이 조금은 번잡한 느낌도 있습니다.
부산역 가까워 이동이 매우 편리하였고 요청사항에 대한 피드백이 매우 빨랐음. 가족여행으로 호텔보다 덜붐비고 깨끗
하며 뷰도 좋음. 다음 방문때 또 이용하고자함
We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home.
The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations.
But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.
All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
他の口コミにもありますが、ホテルではなく、マンションです。立地は釜山駅直結、部屋や設備は値段よりもハイグレードですが、チェックインから部屋までの移動が面倒過ぎて大きくマイナスです。長期の滞在であればおすすめ出来ますが、特に短期の出張時には選ばない方が良いと思います。仕事の疲れが3倍位になりますよ。
The property manager was able to allow us to drop off our luggage inside our booked residential unit prior to check in time, in addition to getting our keys. Everything was well instructed and really enjoyed their kiosk and QR code services to check in and check out system with all the amenities detail.
It's truly a home away from home! The location was easy to find, and lots of food options in and near Busan Station. The Ocean view was beautiful and the suite was extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Checking in (and out) was easy and the staffs responds very quickly to requests. Would totally visit again when we're back in Busan!

It is extremely easy to get to from Busan Station and the check in process is extremely easy, they have a kiosk and a qr code that they provide you that fills out the majority of it.
The linked family room was perfect for our group of 6. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was very close to Busan trainstation. Only slight annoyance was the fact that there was a test of the intercom at 08:30 am.
