Pros:

雖然是自助入住，但櫃檯也很熱情出來打招呼看看有沒有需要幫忙，房內隔音很好，有微波爐跟大型冰箱也很讚

Cons:

熱水等待太久，也時常會斷掉熱水，冬天這部分真的不太行，房間空間不太大

15 minutes walk to myeongdong area. Quiet area , lots of cafe and restaurants nearby.
Ive love the indoor golf place and they have a nice price as well.

Cons:

No free drinking water and room cleaning included if you stay for 2 nights and more.

Overall a great stay, I would definitely book here again.
Pros:

The hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a few nights in Seoul. The location is good, but on busy streets that can be quite loud at night, so keep that in mind. The service was really good. It is all self-check-in and self-check-out, but there are staff available to reach out if you need help, which is helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and facilities.

Cons:

We had trouble with working the TV and the heating, but it was pretty easy to call up reception and ask for help.

Good experience, good price and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Good location, close to subway station and staff were available and very helpful. I liked that there was a washing machine in the room. The room was a good size, it had a security camera for when someone rang the bell and secure access to the room. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice. Having access to a microwave and kettle was nice. I like that there were dining options really close and convenience stores.

Cons:

I didn't like that there wasn't a dryer after you washed your clothes, we were provided a drying rack for our clothes to put outside to air dry for free. The walls had some marks on them from renovations, the comforter was a little dirty. We chose the option of no housekeeping so it could have been washed if we had chosen that option. There wasn't any outlets on the second floor close to the bed, had to use the outlets for the microwave and kettle. The first floor bed had outlets though.

Overall is pleasant
Pros:

Staff are friendly and housekeeping is prompt in answering to my request. E.g they got the staff to bring me the ironing board and iron promptly to my room.

Cons:

It would be if is much nearer to the metro station
