Last minute booking, plenty of eatery and near to Myeondong but not too crazy crowded.
Pros:

Location, convenient store right at door step. Not far from Chungmuro subway station.
The check in process was seamless.

Cons:

No daily House keeping.

本次住的是三人房型，整體空間舒適、整潔。忘記帶轉接頭，也能付押金跟飯店借，相當方便。
Pros:

房間舒適、整潔，房間設備齊全，有小廚房（但沒有餐具、洗碗精）、洗衣機和大冰箱。
吹風機是分開的非常讚！

Cons:

本次預訂三人房，房間內沒有可以吊掛衣服的地方稍嫌不便。
礦泉水的部分都不能再拿，要自己到樓下便利商店再買。

Tuvalet kapısı arızalıydı. Kapı kapanmıyor veya kilitlenmiyordu. Tuvalette tuvalet kağıgı veya havlu asacak biç bir askı aparatı yok. Konaklama süresinde hiç bir tek kullanımlık diş macusu vs verilmiyor. Sorun anında ulaşabileceğibiz hiçkimse yok. Telefon uygulamasından yazdığınızda ise dönüş alamadım.

Great location and responsive staff, but disappointing cleanliness standards and cramped rooms for three guests.
Pros:

The location was very good and convenient for getting around Seoul. The staff responded quickly when we reported issues with the room and immediately moved us to another room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The first room was not properly cleaned and had trash left on the floor. After reporting it, we were given a different room right away, but the second room had similar cleanliness problems, including dust, hair, stains, and areas that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. The room was also too small for three separate beds, making the stay less comfortable and leaving very little space to move around.

Es muy moderno y nuevo, eso se agradece. Las instalaciones son geniales y funciona todo perfectamente. Las vistas son muy top.

Cons:

La falta de calidez, al no tener un personal presente y tener que hablar mediante un chatbot le quita ese plus de sentirse uno como en casa. Que es un apartamento que está muy bien en cuanto a electrodomésticos, pero le faltan utensilios, es decir todo lo puedes conseguir rentando o pagando por ello… es el primer apartamento en el que me hospedo que no tiene ni unos simples platos.

Perfect location, comfortable beds. Great stay.
Pros:

Great location and close to train station. Easy to get to main areas of Seoul. Lots of food options right outside. Two convenience stores at the ground floor. Large beds, stated single beds in listing but they were king single. Was a great stay with our young kids. Easy check in late at night. Washing machine was great, bathroom was perfect, even had large size towels which is not common in Korea. Would happily stay again.

Cons:

There wasn’t much room to open luggage which was annoying trying to step over suitcases. However there was heaps of storage and cupboard space if you wanted to unpack you could do so easily.

A great stay and would stay here again
Pros:

Clean and the view was great from the 11th floor. , Needed no interactions from staff as instructions are clear and super organised, loved how efficient everything is.
Location is also great, 5 mins walk from Metro and bus stops.
The washing machine was a huge bonus and the room is more spacious than most of other rooms in Seoul I'd say.

Cons:

A drying rack shpuld be provided for free and if the stay is 3+ days, more complimentary towels.
