Pros:

Very nice hotel that’s close to the train station. Not many high end restaurants close by but if you have a car, no problem. The train station is the origination place of a Mokpo city tour bus. Worth it.

주차장도 넓었구요

Clean hotel with good amenities (fridge, kettle, TV, small table and chair and even a small vanity and stool). It was relatively quiet. We never took public transport; we walked everywhere. There are convenient stores around the corner and hotel is walking distance from train station and a couple of streets in that area with lots of restaurants and shops. There are seafood/fish restaurants in the other direction (street closer to the water). It's also 10 minutes by taxi to the ferry to Jeju Island. The hotel staff kindly called a taxi for us to get to the ferry and it picked us up within minutes.
