결제 직후 예약 오류를 인지해 즉시 취소 요청을 했으나, 호텔 측에서는 일관되게 부킹닷컴으로만 문의하라는 답변을 반복했습니다.
그 외의 설명이나 대안은 없었고, 고객 입장에서 문제를 해결하려는 태도는 찾아보기 어려웠습니다.
환불 불가 규정은 이해하더라도, 기계적인 응대와 소극적인 대응은 매우 아쉬웠습니다.
다시 이용하고 싶은 마음은 들지 않았습니다

Fiyat fayda olarak iyi, karşısında market var çok yakınında metro ve otobüs ulaşımı mevcut. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü mekan temiz. Girişte sınırsız su ve kahve ikramları var, iki çocukla kalmama rağmen hiç sorun yaşamadım

exactly as expected, good value for price - would stay here again!
Pros:

Nice staff, location OK (close to metro), mall, 7eleven nearby. The room had a TV bigger than window :)

Cons:

Thin walls, and the bed was squeaking loud. the room is OK but a bit worn out. The wifi has no password, which is a big security concern, I had to use 5g from my phone.

Pros:

Spent 2 week here. The staffs were very friendly and knew a decent amount of English. The room was neat and clean. This hotel is a love hotel just heads up.
