Memorable experience, would definitely come back
Pros:

The stuff was really friendly and they invested lot of effort to make our stay memorable, they sent us little gifts to the room and even gave us little gift during checkout

Staff meraviglioso. Tutti estremamente cordiali, educati e disponibili. Già questo merita una menzione speciale. Pulizia di livello molto elevato in tutta la struttura. Posizione meravigliosa e tutto molto ben manutenuto.

Cons:

Arredamento delle camere non adeguato ad un 5 stelle. Va bene l'atmosfera "rurale", ma così manca una ricerca di stile. Anche il bagno non brilla per design. Insonorizzazione scarsa, soprattutto considerando le porte di ingresso alla camera veramente sottili.

Amazing setting, very relaxing.

Cons:

Outdoor pools were nit heated so couldn't be used and hot tub was not hot enough. Very noisy at night.

Тоскана. Великолепные вид. Тепло в номере. В ванной теплые батареи. Красивые здания, рельеф, хороший завтрак. Хороший, вкусный ресторан.

Cons:

Два раза попросил бритвенный набор. Услышали, записали и не принесли. Возможно его и не было у них. Хотя как такое может быть у отеля 5* и одной звездой Мишлена? Нет связи с персоналом. Сам персонал на ресепшн был не очень дружелюбен. Телефона в номере нет. Отсутствие консьерж сервиса. Ночью на ресепшен не было никого. Только охранник, который ничем помочь не может.
