An amazing, unique, and exceptional hotel with fantastic amenities. The staff is wonderful and incredibly welcoming. We highly recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant - the food is absolutely delicious!
Hotelgäste gehen ins Swimmingpool ohne zu duschen. Kein Hinweistafel sehr unhygienisch. Junior Suite nicht kindertauglich, da Treppen ohne Sicherheiten (zu gefährlich) die Buchung wurde klar gebucht mit HInweis auf Kindern. Keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse Hotelgäste sind zu jeder Tageszeit über unsere Terrasse spaziert. Tische im Schatten wurde von Hotelgästen beim Frühstücken vorreserviert.
Everything was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & happy to have a chat. We were shown around the property on arrival. The staff at the spa and pool were all wonderful. The restuarant was exceptional, again so were the staff.
The property itself was beautiful and the amenities 1st Class !! We loved our stay and the only disappointment was only being able to stay 1 night. Was a real treat for our Tuscany visit from Australia.
Nothing to dislike.
The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good. We booked the Panoramic Tower room that provided exceptional 360 degree views at a high elevation.
We booked four day stay in the panoramic tower room, which is the most exclusive room that they offer. Unfortunately, the air conditioner could not adequately cool the room. They installed a temporary unit to add to the cooling capacity, but it could not be vented out, so it was basically reheating cooled air. We were very uncomfortable the entire stay and chose to leave the property each day to see sights instead of using the facilities. The interior temps were between 76 and 82 degrees F.
The bathroom is very small, with the toilet right up against the shower doors that need to be folded in order do sit on the toilet. The unit has three floors, one for the entrance, one for the bathroom and one for the studio/bedroom.
I had a great conversation with Ronan, the person that oversees the property and expressed my concerns. He did acknowledge that we had already booked the most exclusive room they offer, so he couldn't offer an upgrade. They did buy us a bottle of wine and gave us a free appetizer of their choice when we ate dinner at the property.
The last bit of feedback that I will provide is when it came to check out time. When I asked if there was an opportunity to move my checkout time to noon from 11:00AM, they indicated that there would be an additional charge. I really didn't need the time, but it's worth noting for people reading this review.

I would highly recommend staying here. The facilities, food, wine and atmosphere were exceptional. The hotel felt so quiet as they space out dinners well, alongside three pools to choose from. The staff were so welcoming. The spa is incredible, especially the dark steam room. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
If I had to feedback on one thing it would be the check in time, we arrived at 3 and didn’t get into the room until 4. But everything else was perfect.

The hotel is really beautiful, very modern, very elegant in a beautiful property. The rooms are generous and very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable too. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a great gym. The restaurant is very good. There is no music pollution which we liked. The offer a really beautiful breakfast. there is a wonderful terrace to sit out on and enjoy the evening and the sun dawn.
The organization was a bit chaotic, the check-in was very lengthy and not very . The checkout was very unorganized, they seemed overwhelmed with several guests departing at the same time. The staff does not speak English well enough. We had problems with the air condition and had three people in trying to explain us how it works, and none of them was able to. We were a bit surprised by the sloppy attire of the staff. I think in general the hotel is very expensive.

אהבנו הכל אבל כן יש לי שתי הערות: א. החדר היה, יחסית, מעט בסיסי. מרווח ונוח, אבל הסגנון יותר כפרי ופונקציונלי ופחות בוטיקי מוקפד. ב. הwaze עשוי לקחת אתכם בדרך גישה חסומה. שימו לב שאפשר להגיע רק מהכביש הראשי, דרך שער האבן.
