Pros:

Great room for a family of four! Good A/C. Nice pool, and no problem finding a lounge chair at any time. Parking outside was always available for us in mid-July. Overall met our expectations and very good value for money.

Cons:

Poor internet connection. Cold pool. Balcony facing the bizzy road and the trash cans was not super nice but fantastic view of the lake. Could not close the door between the rooms in the family apartment at night since the A/C was by the door where the sofa bed was placed. Hard beds.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Giovanni. Er hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und war jederzeit für uns da. Egal, welche Frage oder welches Anliegen wir hatten – er hat immer sofort geholfen. Als unser Kühlschrank nicht richtig funktionierte, wurde er umgehend und völlig unkompliziert gegen einen neuen ausgetauscht. So einen engagierten und freundlichen Service erlebt man nicht oft.

Auch der neue Teil des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er ist modern, gepflegt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Natürlich möchten wir uns auch bei allen anderen Mitarbeitern bedanken. Das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag willkommen gefühlt haben.

Das Frühstück war einfach fabelhaft – große Auswahl, alles frisch und lecker. Ein absolutes Highlight waren für uns die Pistazien-Croissants – die waren einfach fantastisch!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Die Option Halbpension wäre noch schön gewesen. Fitnessstudio ist noch ausbaufähig ✔️ z.b paar Gewichte mit dazu .

Wonderful stay by the lake

Everything was very good
Pros:

We stayed in the new suites and had a wonderful view over the lake. The rooms are spacious and modern. The windows insulate very well which is important since the main road is below. The breakfast was exceptional, great choice and nicely presented. Access to the lake for swimming is easy and the just over the road.

Pros:

Sehr komfortables, gediegenes Hotel direkt am See. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders nett war der Hausmeister und Parkwächter. Sehr gutes und preiswertes Abendmenü war zubuchbar.
Praktische Busverbindung nach Malcesine. Für die Durchreise sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Durchgangsstraße läuft direkt am Hotel vorbei. Das war uns aber bewusst. Hat nicht allzusehr gestört.
