Delightful and very welcoming
Pros:

Excellent host and staff- our upstairs room had tall ceilings and a great view . Dinners and breakfast ( outdoors) were delicious and again wonderful views

Cons:

Initially difficult to find but , once there , never forgotten !

Great base from which we could explore the interior and coastal towns of this part of Sicily.
Pros:

Very calm and restful location. A warm welcome from Marco and all the staff. Best food in our 14 days in Sicily.

Nice getaway in beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful location and wonderful staff!
Nice breakfast and great dinners at the restaurant.
Nice pool and beautiful views.

Cons:

The sofa-bed in our suite was very uncomfortable.
There were tiny ants all around our floor.
TV was quite old as there was no netflix.
The a/c was not cooling enough and it was hard to sleep as it was quite hot.
There was no ventilation in our shower and no nets on windows to open them freely.

Marco en zijn team zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Marco helpt je ook met plezier met tips uitstapjes.
Accomodatie zeer mooi en rustig gelegen.

Avond in het resto gegeten met prachtig zicht op het landschap. Zeker een aanrader : verfijnde keuken.
Ook ontbijt : zeer lekker , uitgebreid en afwisselend buffet.

Una Sicilia che sa un po’ di Toscana
Pros:

Ero già stata in questa struttura esattamente un anno fa e tutto si è riconfermato al massimo delle aspettative.
È un posto stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, dove riesci a staccare totalmente la spina ed entrare in contatto con il ritmo della natura. Personale simpatico e gentile.

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare un piccolo appunto, rivedrei un po’ la varietà della colazione. Anche questa volta è stata servita direttamente al tavolo, ma so che a volte viene fatta a buffet. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare delle marmellate, della frutta secca, latte/ spremute e del pane fresco tostato. Ma questo è un mio gusto personale, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Tutto perfetto. Con vista mare.
Pros:

Praticamente perfetta, anche il clima più fresco rispetto al mare aiuta il benessere diffuso che si prova in questa struttura. Magia di quiete e relax. Marco fa il resto. Seguite i suoi preziosi consigli.

Una coccola che accarezza tutti i sensi.
Pros:

La Masseria del Carboj è un luogo che accarezza tutti i sensi.
Qui la bellezza non è solo negli spazi, nei profumi della campagna o nella quiete che avvolge ogni momento: è nelle persone.
Un’accoglienza calda, sincera, che ti fa sentire immediatamente a casa.
La cucina è squisita, ricca di sapori autentici e cura in ogni dettaglio.
Ogni giornata scorre lenta, tra relax, luce dorata e quella sensazione di essere nel posto giusto, in pace con te stesso e con il mondo.

Se cercate un luogo capace di farvi staccare davvero la spina e rigenerare lo spirito, la Masseria del Carboj a Menfi è una risposta eccellente.
Fin dal primo momento si viene avvolti da un'atmosfera magica, dove la tradizione siciliana incontra un'eleganza sobria. La cura dei dettagli è semplicemente maniacale: ogni angolo, dagli arredi delle camere al verde curatissimo del giardino, racconta una storia di amore e rispetto per questo territorio meraviglioso. Tutto è pensato per far sentire l'ospite accolto, coccolato e a casa.
Un capitolo a parte merita il ristorante interno. I piatti sono un autentico viaggio tra i sapori veri e genuini della Sicilia, riletti con grande gusto e raffinatezza.
A rendere davvero speciale e unico il soggiorno è la presenza costante e preziosa di Marco. La sua super disponibilità, la sua discrezione e la sua attenzione ad ogni nostra esigenza hanno fatto un’immensa differenza.

The definition of hospitality
Pros:

One of the most relaxed but refined hotels I've ever stayed in. What Marco and his team have created is the definition of hospitality. As soon as we arrived and were greeted, we felt at home.

The setting of the hotel is a real oasis, you feel a million miles away from everything (even though in the car, it's a very convenient base to explore the west side of the island).

Absolutely nothing was a problem for the staff. It really felt like they were genuinely invested in all their guests having a lovely, relaxing time. The food is exceptional. Both at breakfast - all lovely homemade things - and at the hotel's excellent restaurant.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was leaving!

Would absolutely stay there again if i vitisited the area.
