Highly recommend this boutique hotel
Pros:

The location was close and walkable to a lot of sites. Staff was excellent and always friendly.

Cons:

Can’t say there’s much to dislike. There was an incident w card needing to be replaced as it would not work for our a/c or light but was quickly rectified

Un très bel hôtel avec un accueil exceptionnel
Pros:

Excellent l'accueil ! L'équipe de l'hôtel fait un travail remarquable ! La déco est très sympa, et l'emplacement est extraordinaire ce qui en fait une vraie petite bulle dans la foule de Florence

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment petites, on ne sait pas trop ou ouvrir sa valide. Les oreillers ne sont tout plat, pas au niveau de qualité de l'hotel.

Pros:

Hotel muito bom, parece novo, com ótimo café da manhã. Muito bem localizado. Funcionários ótimos, especialmente os funcionários do restaurante. Serviço de alto nivel. Nos ajudaram bastante com reservas e dicas nos restaurantes.

We loved this hotel- would stay again and spread the work to friends traveling to Florence!
Pros:

The staff and the hotel were outstanding! The hotel is beautiful- and has a wonderful vibe! The daily breakfast was amazing. The staff was even so kind to send us on our way with breakfast boxes on our departure day which was very early- I would give this hotel a ten out of ten!
