A good winter break, mixing a holiday with a bit of culture
Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil alley, just round the corner from the main piazza signoria, and right in the heart of the city. Apart from being very close to the main attractions, and the Duomo, it is surrounded by a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Cons:

There is not much to report against.

Color scheme, world class service. 5 stars.

Cons:

Night time garbage collection noise due to inner city location. Not you fault. Difficult to navigate to city due to congestion and construction.

Excellent with a few minor tweaks
Pros:

Everything. Small boutique hotel with personal service and excellent location

Cons:

Internet wasn’t very fast. Breakfast staff seemed a little overwhelmed and we often had to ask twice for things (such as a cappuccino)
