Excellent with a few minor tweaks
Pros:

Everything. Small boutique hotel with personal service and excellent location

Cons:

Internet wasn’t very fast. Breakfast staff seemed a little overwhelmed and we often had to ask twice for things (such as a cappuccino)

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent location
Pros:

Beautiful property, rooms and amenities. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. We had breakfast and enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, both were excellent. The location is very central for easy access to the main tourist sites. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location! Staff were friendly and the room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Had the best cocktail - Gin and Matcha! I think it's called La Gemma Cocktail! Overall a wonderful time spent at La Gemma.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Sehr persönliches kleines Hotel mit sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Die Lage war super und auch der Valet Service hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Leider war der Abfluss in unserer Dusche komplett verstopft, so dass das ganze Badezimmer überflutet wurde und das Wasser auch ins Zimmer gelaufen ist. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, ist das natürlich schade, dass wir nur sehr eingeschränkt duschen konnten.
