Pros:

Loved my stay. As a single traveller it was a cosy homely feel and onsite restaurant had delicious food. Right in the middle of the city near all the attractions. I never needed a taxi as I could walk everywhere.

Cons:

I had a manicure at the spa but their facilities to do the manicure was not great. The poor therapist and myself was sitting very uncomfortable in a small treatment room on either side of a treatment bed. You need a manicure station!

Excellent hotel, in a great central location to walk to all that the city has to offer. Recommend and will go back
Pros:

Great location, well maintained. Excellent quality fittings and facilities. The staff really makes this hotel though, they can’t do enough to help you, so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

My room was a little smaller than I hoped for the price but it was not a small room. Being ancestral in Florence expect some night time noise. Refuse collection in the small hours and those revellers still making their way home.

Pros:

Fantastic little gem right in the heart of the city - you’re barely ever more than a 10-15 minute walk from all the sights. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly, and the property is beautiful.
