Great location.
Pros:

Location is great, very near the river taxi. It is walkable to all attractions. Love that the lounge is just outside our room, we can just walk out for a drink before bed!

I think I left a piece of my soul in Florence and need to go back to find it again. Love the hotel and the city.
Pros:

Great location. First time in Florence couldn’t have picked a better location. Exceptional service. Staff is great and food at the roof top restaurant is amazing. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Besides the beautiful palace, which is now a hotel, you are served by empathic, friendly and kind staff who are taking excellent care of the palace and its guests.

Cons:

1)Предоставили номер сразу же за стойкой ресепшен (зачем там вообще делать номера?), соответственно, начиная с 8 утра начался шум: хлопанье дверьми, разговоры, звонки и т.п.;
2)В номере не работала кофемашина - сказала администратору, администратор пришел с каким-то работником! Утро, хочется тишины и спокойствия, в данном случае могли просто предложить принести кашку кофе с бара;
3) В номере нет халата и тапочек;

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Der Name PALAZZO ist wirklich gerechtfertigt! ALLES ist extrem sauber, es duftet angenehm im ganzen Haus, das Frühstück ist hervorragend, in stilvollem Ambiente, von den Köstlichkeiten ist alles stets ausreichend vorhanden. Alles Personal ist äußerst nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl!!! Wenn Venedig, dann PALAZZO KELLER!!!

Superbly appointed property a stone's throw away from San Stefano restaurants and bars. The hotel is conveniently located -- ten or fifteen minutes walk from Accademia Bridge and Rialto, and very slightly further to St Marks Square. The San Angelo Vaporetto stop is a five minute walk away, providing easy access to the Number one Vaporetto line, and the Alilaguna service to and from Marco Polo Airport. A particular stand-out: The Breakfast room is a large, high-ceilinged room adjacent to the Bar. A great variety of breakfast food is served from an extensive buffet, with coffee being served by helpful staff. The room is opulent and light, with one wall being taken up by large windows. A great way to begin your day. Outstanding.
