Realmente está muy bien situado y es confortable, estuvimos es una habitación abuhardillada y tenía vistas, estaba reformada y limpia, quizás un poco pequeña. Desayuno muy correcto.
el cambio de ascensor para subir del 2º al 3º no es práctica aunque igual por la antigüedad de la edificación no hay otra solución nada insalvable y buena puntuación en general.

The palazzo Keller was absolutely beautiful inside and exceptionally well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful with a lot of great advice. Breakfast in the mornings were in a film set of a room with plenty of selection to eat and the staff happy,friendly and attentive. The hotel was easy to get to from Sant Angelo boat pier,just a short walk which is a bonus when carrying bags. The location of the hotel was also central to a lot of the Venice wish list. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms which was full of charm and spotless. All in all we were so pleased with our stay we couldn't have wished for more.

Great location while still being away from the business of the touristy areas. Hotel and rooms were super modern, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast was large and top tier! We loved the exceptional service!

Nuestra experiencia en el Palazzo Keller ha sido magnífica. Desde antes de llegar el equipo ya se preocupó de que todo fuera bien, ayudándonos con el servicio de transferencia privado desde el aeropuerto (muy recomendable por cierto). Una vez allí, han cuidado de nosotros atendiéndonos siempre con una sonrisa y ocupándose de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado. El propio hotel es fantástico, una palacete reformado con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias, acogedoras. Recomiendo reservar la habitación con el desayuno incluido, ya que es fantástico y muy completo. La ubicación es perfecta a tan solo unos minutos de la plaza de San Marcos. Ojalá podamos volver en el futuro!!
A charming, intimate hotel with a room that was just right — well thought out and comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: quiet enough to sleep well, yet within easy reach of the canal and the main attractions.
Breakfast was functional but felt a little uninspired — mostly standard packaged items with limited fresh produce. A few more seasonal or local touches would make a real difference at this price point.
The breakfast was excellent. Everything you would expect from a European breakfast, with plenty of options that even my children enjoyed.

La posizione dell’hotel è super centrale, una perfetta base per visitare la città! La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata ma preserva la bellezza di un palazzo signorile veneziano. Colazione eccellente a buffet e di qualità, sia dolce che salata, in una bellissima sala d’epoca. Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto a dare tanti consigli per visitare al meglio Venezia. Camera silenziosa con letto comodo e bagno nuovo. Tante prese vicino al letto
