Calm, quiet, large and very comfortable room
Pros:

Best hotel we had in Croatia so far. Perfect for a stop between Germany and Serbia. Friendly staff, great breakfast, large, comfortable and quiet (!!!!) room. Perfect stay.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr elegant eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders im Wellness-Bereich. Der Bereich ist nicht groß, aber es fehlt an nichts. Die Sauna ist mit Obst und Getränken ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, wirklich große Auswahl.

Mir hat alles gefallen und ich komme immer wieder gerne!

Top Service und Frühstück, aber beim Schlafkomfort fehlt der Standard...

Hervorragendes Personal: Das Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell.
Erstklassiges Frühstück: Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen waren wirklich sehr gut und lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Zagreb hinterlässt ein gemischtes Gefühl. Während viele Aspekte überzeugen konnten, wurde das wichtigste Kriterium leider nicht erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Matratze in meinem Zimmer war leider viel zu hart. In der gehobenen Hotellerie gehören Boxspringsysteme oder hochwertige Softschaummatratzen eigentlich zum Standard, um eine gute Druckentlastung zu garantieren. Hier fühlte es sich jedoch eher nach einer sehr einfachen, harten Unterlage an.

Was nützen die schönsten Annehmlichkeiten und der freundlichste Service, wenn das Essentiellste fehlt: ein erholsamer Schlaf. Da ich aufgrund der harten Matratze kaum geschlafen habe, war ich am nächsten Tag extrem müde. Für ein Haus dieser Klasse hätte ich hier eine modernere und komfortablere Lösung erwartet, die dem heutigen Hotelstandard entspricht.
