Pros:

Super freundlich, super sauber!!!
Parken entweder auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber oder auf der Rückseite des Hotels (Hotelgelände mit Schranke). Beides ohne extra Kosten. Günstige Lage nahe der Autobahn. Frühstück für jeden Geschmack - alles da.

Pros:

There is no valet that parks your car, also you need to park it on public parking lot, hotel doesn't own their. We were waiting on reception with our stuff and there was no one to help us out with carrying it. You pay 5€ for a room service and it arrives from a nearby restaurant two hours later. Also at the spa there was no one to provide us with towels or to give us directions to the pool. Staff working there were just polite but nothing special. I don't know who even named this level of service a hotel and who gave it 4 starts but I would suggest going to an rbmb instead.

Er is een openbare parkeerplaats, en omdat we fietsen bij ons hadden mochten we ze in bagagedepot zetten. Heel vriendelijk. Verder gewoon een mooi hotel.

Bon hotel dans la périphérie de Zagren
Pros:

La situation hors du centre (accès facile par l'autoroute), le parking privé (même si peu de places), la propreté, la piscine intérieur (même si plutôt petite).

Cons:

Les alentours... mais nous n'étions que de passage et le centre de Zagreb est à +/- 20min en voiture.

Odličan odmor i pravi izbor za svakoga 😁
Pros:

Objekt je izuzetan! Osoblje je jako ljubazno i profesionalno, uredno i na nivou.
Hotel nudi puno različitih sadržaja, međutim, mi smo samo prespavali pa nismo imali vremena obići ponuđeno.
Soba je udobna i prostrana, krevet odličan, a kupaonica također. Dobijete sve potrebno, čisto i novo. Minibar ponuda odlična, nije skupo. Pogled je bio okej.
Mišljenja sam, da smo imali više vremena, bilo bi nam još bolje i bili bi još više oduševljeni. :)
Sve u svemu, vratit ćemo se opet da se odmorimo i isprobamo sve što nismo :) 🥰

Cons:

Izolacija je malo slaba, cijelu noć smo slušali čovjeka koji pjeva. :D

Staff is nice but the beds are absolutely terrible.
Pros:

The beds are not comfortable they are rock hard and the sheets feel like a very low grade. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Don’t Book there!!!
Pros:

Fake photos the reality is different

Cons:

There is no shampoo in the toilet it is written 4 star but actually is 2 start it was written included spa but you need to pay for the Sauna the design is primitive and the photos are fake location is far and expensive for nothing
