We did not have a water in the room and lady from the reception said this is just shortly do not worry. After couple of hours of waiting nobody gave us even a bottle of water or what is the worst we did not get any precise information when water will come so could get shower, go in toilet or do someting else. This is really absolutely unprofessional in front of all guests. Can you imagine, they close all toilets in hotel with sign PLEASE DO NOT USE IT. You can not manage this sort of hotel with that approach. Of course issues can happend but you need to think about your guests....I can tell you for sure....they did not care about their guests at that moment. That is why I will never stay here and will not recommend it to anyone for staying there.
