Pros:

Das Grand Hotel in Zagreb war sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage war sehr gut, 100 m. ist Sity Center One West, Parkplatz inbegriefen und genug Parkplätze, das Personal war sehr Freundlich das Hotel ist Modern eingerichtet, das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr Sauber es ist neu vor paar Jahren renoviert. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen, sie werden nicht bereuen.

Very pleasant stay, we had needed rest to continue our trip. More than that. Breakfast is very very good.
Pros:

Staff is great, especially young man at the reception that was there when we came, very late at night - professional above all, kind, no indication it was so late. At check out there was a young man that worked his first day and he was great.

Pros:

Досить дивний ресторан в отелі. При заселені о 17 в отель спочатку вирішили відвідати ресторан щоб підкріпитись з дороги. В ресторані не було нікого із відвідувачів, а стиль ресторана-банкетна зала в стилі 2000 років. Їжа в ресторані середньої якості, оцінити на смачно, нажаль, не можу. Сніданки в іншому ресторані, але і їх смачними оцінити не можна. Голодним не залишишся, але і задоволення не отримаєш.
