The property is stunning. The view from the pool and the restaurant is beautiful. The breakfast was quite good. Our room, a suite, was very nice and quite large. The staff was very friendly and helpful- especially the reception and breakfast staff.
The temperature in our room was much too hot, and we were there in October. The issue is the air conditioning vent is located right near the door, but the bed is on the far side of the suite. The cold air barely reaches the bed area. It was too hot every night that we stayed there.
El lugar es muy lindo, la habitación súper cómoda y silenciosa. El desayuno muy completo y la comida del restaurant excelente. Muy buen gimnasio con todo tipo de elementos. La pileta y el servicio allà de primera.
Es un poco lejos o trasmano del centro. Es para moverse en taxi o auto. No es para personas de movilidad reducida porque la habitación es por escalera y hay escaleras también hasta el ascensor que te lleva a la piscina, al restaurant, etc. El personal te ayuda con las valijas.

Airco op de kamer was heel lawaaierig en dat is voor de nacht niet fijn.
We hadden een kamer met terras, wat geweldig was. Wel ligt het eigen terras vrij open naast een zitje met schommelstoelen dat erg in trek is hij gasten. Ze komen dan ook bij jou op het terras, omdat ze (waarschijnlijk) denken dat het openbaar is. Iets meer afscherming zorgt voor privacy.

Choice of food (fish, meat) on the menu limited. The bbq night food was good but overpriced.

Maybe some evening entertainment
I’ve stayed at a few five-star hotels, and this is now at the very top of my list. From the private terrace in my room to the incredibly attentive yet never intrusive staff, everything was exceptional including the cat "Natali". The beautiful pool and gardens, along with the chic and peaceful interiors, made the entire experience feel simply heavenly.

A wonderful place—a true oasis of tranquility, yet close enough to Dubrovnik Old Town center. The hotel isn't too large, so the pool area is never crowded, and you can always find available sun loungers. The room was on the smaller side but comfortably and elegantly furnished, featuring a small terrace by the entrance where we enjoyed our morning coffee and a glass of good wine in the evening. Breakfast was excellent : plenty of fresh fruit, ham, cheese, and à la carte options, all complemented by superb coffee. The hotel staff were very pleasant, prompt, and attentive; I wanted to arrange a small surprise for my partner, and they were more than happy to help make it happen. Thank you for everything; we will definitely be back.
I don't mean this as a negative, just a small heads-up: there are a lot of steps leading from the city center back to the hotel and it’s quite an uphill climb in places - but we’re both around 50y and managed it very well. If you'd rather not, the reception staff can help arrange a transfer :-)

Très bel endroit, un vrai havre de paix. Personnel gentil et attentif. Très belle vue sur la mer. Situé à 10-15mn à pied de la vieille ville par les escaliers. En descente, pas de problème. En montée, c'est tout à fait faisable pour un adulte en bonne santé, pas besoin d'être un grand sportif !
