Reasonable but not the best.
Pros:

Centrally located within Zagreb. Easy access to the centre by foot. Cordial staff.

Cons:

Coffee machine was broken had to be replaced 4 times but the staff member was friendly.
Main ceiling light in room hangs too low and is a hazard if you are over 6 feet tall.
Bathroom is a slip hazard when wet. More so than normal.
Breakfast is good but the service is slow and the glare of the morning sun makes the room uncomfortably hot. Perhaps install some window shades?
