Nice city hotel in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location right around the corner of the major square in Zagreb
Beautiful rooftop restaurant and very good breakfast.
Nice soundproof rooms for a city hotel.

Lijep hotel, super lokacija nije 5*****

Lokacija, velicina sobe i kupaonice, Predivni novi rucnici i kozmetika. jako ljubazno osoblje i Nakon prijavljenilog problema s raspranom posteljinom recepcija je odmah reagirala.

Cons:

Po dolasku nema trake da je je wc skoljka dezinficirana?!
Sama sam je dezinficirala!!
Sutra dan kad sam se vratila u sobu docekao me uredjen krevet s rasparanom posteljinom. Slike u prilogu.
Za novi hotel star 2.5 godine houskeeping nula bodova!
Sto ce biti za koju godinu.
To nije 5 zvjezdica sorry!
Takodjer, tapisoni vrlo NE higijenski (ja sam astmatičar) pod stolom klupko kose NE usisane. Vec prilicno ofucani.

Standard ovog hotela je mozda 4***** da, ali 5 ne!

Cons:
