Pros:

I don't like giving full excellent reviews, but this was truly a great stay. The only "better if" that I have is if the a/c went down to 15 instead of 18. I like it cold, but this was absolutely fine.

Great place to stay overall, as long as there isn't a party. . .
Pros:

Excellent location, room, customer service, cleanliness. Every detail was clearly thought out. Overall great!

Cons:

They were having a party in the restaurant with a DJ and we were notified via a letter in our room on arrival. The party was to be done by 11 pm. Unfortunately it went until 1230 or so, and we had to be up at 5 am. The party was like being at a rave -- very loud music playing all night long. This also prevented us from eating at the hotel restaurant.

Ein modernes und super sauberes Hotel mit Bestlage.
Pros:

Absolute Toplage und Auto wird direkt mit Fahrstuhl in die Tiefgarage gefahren vom Personal. Super englisch Kenntnisse. Absolut höflich. Der moderne Betonstil hat mir besonders gefallen und die Qualität hinter jedem Element im Zimmer. Alles war elektrisch und hochmodern. Mega sauber.

Cons:

Das Gym ist hoteltypisch schlecht.

Pros:

Perfect location. Very nice to have updated electronics in room. Very comfortable bed and good shower.

Very Nice Hotel with great emeneties right in the center of everything you will want to see in Zagreb!
Pros:

Excellent hotel to spend two night to prepare for our departure back home after a 5 week trip through Southern Italy and Northern Croatia.
Hotel had a great location, helpful staff! They recommended one of the best Italian meals we had of the trip arranged our early morning air car, lat minute laundry ect!
