The room 502 is lovely and it looked new. It is small hotel with greate location.
You can hear the tram in the room like the building is shaking and breakfast is basic.

the room was full of flying bugs which we heard was a situation in all over the city, but at this level of hospitality they could have taken preventative measures. buffet breakfast was almost disgusting and the a la carte was just ok, not what we expected from the reviews. maybe because we went in August but still this is not an excuse.
