Για όλη την διαμονή μας δεν λειτούργησε καθόλου η θέρμανση με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε παγώσει Οκτώβρη μήνα με φουλ βροχή ενημερώσαμε επανειλημμένα αλλά μας είπαν εκείνοι πως το βλέπουν να δουλεύει ενώ δεν έβγαζε καθόλου άρα ούτε ζεστό ούτε καν κρύο το μόνο σώμα που δούλευε ήταν στο μπάνιο αλλά τι να το κάνουμε αν έπρεπε να σκεπάσουμε με 2 κουβέρτες ο καθένας για να κρατηθούμε ζεστοί .

Pros:

Het hotel is modern ingericht. Voor Italië een prima ontbijt en de kamers worden dagelijks onderhouden. Het hotel ligt kort bij het centrum en kent een grote gratis parkeerplaats in de buurt. Bus en trein zijn om de hoek voor een bezoek aan Verona, Venetië en/of Milaan. Met de bus naar Sirmione is ook goed te doen.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft geen lounge om even buiten de kamer te ontspannen. Er was buiten 'n drank automaat ook niets te nuttigen binnen het hotel.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very close to the train station.
Brand-new facilities.
The room setup was fantastic.
There is a small pizza-by-the-slice shop right out front, which is very convenient.
Very good breakfast.
They recommended a bike rental company (Gardabikeland), which made the experience in the city even more satisfying.
They were very attentive to all my requests.
Best hotel of my 5-city trip.

Cons:

Only the check-out time is a bit early, at 10:00 AM—nothing different from what some other hotels practice. But the overall experience was very pleasant.

Gardaland in treno, abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel, dove abbiamo trovato cortesia, pulizia ed un ottima colazione
Vicino alla stazione e quindi, alla fermata per la navetta gratuita
Camera ampia con tendoni oscuranti che fanno un ottimo lavoro
Ho visto che, il centro dista una decina di minuti a piedi, zona tranquilla

The toilet was well equipped for a 3 star.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Nice tents, they covered light very well.
Free water was appreciated a lot.
Breakfast was super various and pretty good overall.

Walls were thin, people coming back to the rooms were noisy.
