Delightful Overnight Stay
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Caring, courteous and it was obvious they were dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Food and beverages on offer were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel was warm and welcoming on arrival, which was great as it was a cold and raining afternoon when I checked in. Lovely ambiance.

Cons:

Still the issue with no parking available, but given the time and the weather I was able to park right by the front entrance of the hotel and at no cost. The overall experience at the hotel definitely overrides the negative aspect.

Cons:

I am disappointed with the location of the room. The window of room 102 is right next to other buildings and next to an external staircase.
