Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

It was at an amazing location, and the staff provided detailed directions on how to access it. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they showed us to get around Palermo, and they also regularly changed the towels and threw out the trash. Overall we had a great experience in Palermo and a big part of it was because of the accommodation.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we did not like.

Pros:

Comodo se si e' a piedi perche' si e' in pieno centro

Cons:

Mancava un balcone per poter stendere e il bidet praticamente inutilizzabile perche' attaccato alla doccia

Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Betten sind bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Umgebung außerhalb der Unterkunft ist ziemlich schmuddelig. Das Zimmer ist außerdem sehr hellhörig nach innen und nach außen. Ich schlafe allerdings immer mit Oropax und hatte deswegen keine Probleme beim Schlafen.

Personel çok iyiydi. Çok yardımcı ve turistin halinden anlayan gereksiz konuşmayan süper bir çalışan.
Oda temiz güzel ve yeniydi

Cons:

Klimanın yeri. Önemli görünmeyebilir ama 40 derece sıcakta klimasız uyumak çok zor ve klima direkt yatağa hatta direkt kafana üflüyor açsan bir dert açmasan başka dert.
Garip ve tenha bir meydandan otele giriliyor ilk etapta tedirgin olduk sonra alıştık.
El duşunun askısı yoktu. Elinde tutarak yıkanabiliyorsun.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

El trato personalizado de la chica que estaba en recepción. La limpieza y ubicación fueron perfectas. El desayuno muy rico y la habitación muy amplia . Volveré a repetir!

Magnífica
Pros:

Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Ana ( la chica que nos atendió ) ya que nos dio muchísimas facilidades, fue muy cercana y agradable. Además, la habitación estaba muy limpia y acogedora, repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.
