Lo elegí por la ubicación: frente a la estación de autobuses porque llegué en bus y luego tomé ahí el shuttle Pleso Prijevo directo al aeropuerto. No es cerca del casco histórico, pero el tranvía pasa por la puerta (yo hice todo caminando porque me gusta caminar, creo que es la mejor manera de ver una ciudad.
El desayuno es aceptable, no muy variado. La señora que repone los alimentos es muy agradable!

The location is right across the street from the central bus and train station, and connects to trams as well, so it’s very convenient. Great breakfast (yogurt, eggs, meat cheese, fruit, cereal, juices, amazing coffee machine), very quiet, clean, and functional room. The bed is comfortable. The staff are excellent- when my husband asked the nice woman in the breakfast room if the scrambled eggs contained milk (he is lactose intolerant, and yes they did), she immediately without us asking told the kitchen person to scramble a few without milk, then brought them out on a plate for him. When we brought a take away lunch back to the hotel, we asked at reception about where to eat it, and they invited us to sit in the breakfast room, even bringing us plates and cutlery as well as water. The man at reception helped us with directions, and when the Uber driver called us, he talked to the driver on our behalf since we don’t speak Croatian. The staff here was beyond kind and helpful; it was like staying at the best boutique service hotel in this way. Highly recommended!!

バスターミナルに近くてここを選びました。
ここに3泊しました。プリトビッツェ湖畔郡国立公園に行くために、スーツケースを預けることが出来ました。
そして、携帯を主人が失くした時も、受付のスタッフの人が、親身になって話を聞いて下さりました。結局出てこなくて、クロアチアを去ることになってしまいましたが、親切にして貰えて心から感謝しています。

This hotel was perfect for our requirements. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Both the reception area and the room itself were modern, clean and of a good size. Breakfast was provided, including the option for freshly cooked fried eggs or omelette. We had a small private balcony, plus good air conditioning in the room, so temperature control was great. The hotel was opposite the main bus station, so very convenient for bus travellers. Hotel 9 (next door) is a pickup point for small group tours to Plitvice Lakes and Bled, so a very handy base for day trips.
