Best hotel
Pros:

We love everything about Inova and all the staff!
It's such an amazing hotel we highly recommend the place as we have stayed at the hotel over 9 times it's our go to hotel in Zagreb and is just over the road from the bus station makes in a perfect location.

Cons:

There is nothing we don't like about the hotel.

Helpful front desk arranged airport transfer for us.
Pros:

Clean and accommodating staff. Ideal location to do out of town trips as the bus station is just across the hotel. Tram is also a minute walk from the hotel.

Pros:

Camera moderna spatioasa si curata cu toate facilitatile incluse, micul dejun bun si variat, personalul amabil. Aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun pentru a ajunge in centru. Cu siguranta voi reveni la acest hotel!

Great stay. Great staff
Pros:

Loved that it was so close to the bus station and tram stops and to the place we hired our car from.
Also Neven at reception was super helpful and friendly. He is an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Everything was great. The only improvement could be more variety at breakfast but what was provided was sufficient

An excellent hotel which I will always return to when visiting Zagreb.
Pros:

Great location opposite the coach station where the bus to and from the airport can be found. The number 6 tram takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. The hotel itself is fantastic, with all the facilities I needed. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was necessary given in the very hot temperatures in late June and effective. The fridge for keeping bottled water cold was welcome. The staff are friendly, helpful and good speakers of English. Great value for money too.

Super friendly, clean and comfortable and central to bus station and easy walk to city centre.
Pros:

The check in staff had been super accommodating. We arrived earlier then check in time and they do everything possible to check us in early. The room was clean and comfortable and the daily clean service was spot on. We loved the personalised service we received for our daily breakfast. The team here are so warm and welcoming. The location is close to the central bus station so super convenient for us as we arrived by bus and were leaving by bus. Easy walking distance to the centre of the city. Highly recommend this property.
