Cons:

Sonnenterrasse ohne Sonnenschirme. TV funktioniert wohl nur mit Netflix. Restaurant extrem ungemütlich. Bett viel zu weich. Deshalb maximal 6 von 10.

The hotel itself looked charming and picturesque, especially against the sea in this area – the overall style was nice and created a pleasant first impression.

Cons:

However, there were several disappointing points. First, the cleaning was a real issue. At check-in we were told that cleaning would be done every other day, but during our stay it happened only once, and only after we repeatedly asked. Even then, it was done very poorly – the floor was dirty, not vacuumed, the sink, mirror and shower were not cleaned, and the whole place felt unkept. On top of that, they charge €20 per night for a dog, but the room was still dirty, so it’s unclear what exactly this fee covers.

Another big disappointment was the room itself. When booking, the photos showed sea views and a balcony, but we were given a very small room facing away from the sea, with no balcony. We asked to change (even offering to pay extra), but they refused.

The terrace had a beautiful sea view, but no umbrellas – although the photos online clearly show them. In reality it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to stay there.

Also, the advertised “half board” option (lunch and dinner for €20 per person) was misleading. In practice, it was available only once per day, from 16:00 to 18:00 – too late for lunch, too early for dinner – making it practically useless.

Pros:

Pokoj i hotel čisty, hned u hotelu moc hezky udělaný dlážděný vstup do moře. Výborná snídaně, zkusili jsme i hotelovou restauraci - dali jsme si mořské plody, ty byly vynikající, děti měli těstoviny - ty byly nic moc. Personal ochotný, velke parkoviště u hotelu.

Cons:

Nemam co vytknout, snad jen špatný přístup do šatní skříně, která byla hned za dveřmi.
