Clean and spacious room
Pros:

The quietness and comfort of the room. The room is spacious for the city and clean. The staff are super friendly and always there to help.

Cons:

Location is a bit far, it was hot in rome and so it made walking difficult to go to the center locations. Taxis and Ubers are actually pricey - this is too no fault of the property. Otherwise the neighborhood is clean and safe.

Breakfast is great in a charming location. Staff is very friendly and very flexible. Good location. Lobby and tools are design. Special thanks to Marco from the réception who has been amazing during our stay.

Nice product but needs a lot more attention to detail & training of staff.
Pros:

The location was great and the decor was lovely

Cons:

Customer care was poor, staff need a lot more training. It felt like there was no staff present at times. Asked several times for toilet to be fixed but this was ignored. Items such as the tea cups they would only leave one in the room, so you had to chase all the time for extra. Staff seemed to be not really bothered.
