Perfect location and clean environment
Pros:

The personnel were very nice, friendly, and professional. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is absolutely amazing, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to rest well. The bathroom fan seemed to run constantly, which was a bit annoying. Occasionally there was also an odd smell that appeared from time to time. Breakfast was not served as a buffet and the variety could definitely be improved.

Il personale molto empatico, in grado di consigliare percorsi e/o attrattive. Attento a problematiche e pronto alla risoluzione. Ci hanno coccolati e ascoltati. Peccato esserci fermati così brevemente. Contiamo di tornarci presto

La mancanza di distributori di acqua ai piani.
Forse la poca esperienza di chi fa il riordino, fa sì che si trovino lampadine non funzionanti e bagnoschiuma finito....ma basta comunicarlo, che prontamente viene ripristinato l'ordine!

Toto ubytování splnilo moje očekávání, čisté , útulné pokoje, vstřícný personál. Snídaně nebyla formou švédského stolu, ale bylo třeba si objednat z menu. Hotel je blízko stanice metra.

Tutto molto bello, allestirei un po’ meglio le stanze perché erano letteralmente con le pareti vuote. Posizione ok, concetto di ospitalità in un ambiente condiviso con Servizi aperti all’esterno davvero apprezzato

Il gestore/responsabile del rooftop poco cordiale, il personale però ha saputo compensare con gentilezza e cortesia

Segítőkész/kedves dolgozók, tökéletes elhelyezkedés, hangulatos tetőterasz
Pros:

Az étkeztetést a tetőteraszon oldották meg ahol a személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. Gluténmentes termékekkel készültek és abból is bőséges volt a választék.

Cons:

A nem gluténmentes reggeli választéka nem volt nagy.
