Frühstück wahr sehr armselig nicht viel Auswahl aber der Personal hat sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns in Frieden zu stellen

Pros:

L hôtel est bien trop excentré du petit centre ville, de magasin, de restaurant, en gros il y a rien autour sauf le restaurant de l'hôtel qui est convenable.
le domaine est charmant beau jardin.
Notre chambre disons quelle était vielle, climatiseur d'un autre temps avec de l'eau qui croupis au fond, douche qui n'a pas de pommeau ce qui n'est pas pratique, la literie était terrible ... J'ai jamais dormis sur un lit ... Enfin un lit de camp mais c'étais une expérience horrible le lit double canape c'est impossible. Nous avons preferer poser le matelas au sol .....
Les lits classiques etaient convenable
La tele etait bien là mais aucune chaine ne fonctionnaient.
La piscine en fait n 'est pas la piscine du domaine mais une piscine qui est à coté coller à l'hotel que l'on peut emprunté gratuitement, mais qui dit piscine publique, il faut venir avec un bonnet de bain .... (Il aurait été préférable de prévenir les gens avant sur l'annonce) le centre de Tennis (oui les belles photos des cours de tennis) même problème sauf qu'il faut payer 15 euros pour 1 heure et que les raquettes ne sont pas fournis (Je me balade rarement en vacance avec mes raquettes de tennis)

Pros:

Das zunächst bezogene Appartement war nur teilweise in Ordnung. In der alten Küche stand eine zum Bett umgebaute Schlafcouch. Diese war sehr alt und dementsprechend durchgelegen. Auf Bitten um Abhilfe wurde ein dünnes bettpolster angeboten. Da dies nichts brachte, musste diese Nacht auf dem Fußboden verbracht werbenden.
Auf nochmaliges Bitten um eine Veränderung wurde und dann ein anderes Appartement mit 2 zusätzlichen Betten geboten. Das war soweit in Ordnung. Allerdings war alles recht veraltet. Die Dusche extrem klein. Naja. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Es fehlte oft an crossaunts oder anderen Dingen. Das Abendessen war hingegen super. Das Personal war dort auch klasse. Sehr nett.

Pros:

Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special.

Pros:

The place was really a beautiful structure but the bathroom was small with no cups or tissues. They closed down the pool and i was really looking forward to a daily swim. The first day there was a nice choice for breakfast then it really got reduced the next 4 days. The outdoor maintenance was not so tidy as there was some garbage around and leaves and weeds everywhere. They did finally come around to clean up but it should always look nice in my opinion. that wthrebreakf
