Pros:

Kusina og jeg booka rom her 2 netter i september. Perfekt beliggenhet ifht togstasjonen, 2 kvartaler å gå. Kjempehyggelig dame i resepsjonen da vi sjekket inn. Vi fikk oppgradering og et stort rom i 8. etasje. Super service! Rommet var rent og fresht. Egen kaffemaskin, smart TV, safe. God seng med 2 puter og dyne.

Very close to main station which is good, staff friendly.
Room was ok and I would call it average. Bathroom was tiny with no shelf in the shower so you had to keep your toiletries on the floor whilst showering. Shower very temperamental and was either boiling hot or cold, when you did find an ideal temperature it didn’t stay at it, so no good if a child went in. Shower doors open weirdly so it’s a struggle to get them to fit together so no gap for water to escape. Breakfast is €15 each and not a lot on offer for that, you can have items from the bakery at extra cost, the bakery is part of the breakfast area. But breakfast area is with anyone who comes in bakery/coffee shop. Breakfast much better value from Florian’s and more choice including hot items. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Excellent stay in Moderno Hotel

What a wonderful time we had. The personnel was so nice. We really appreciate all the help we had from Suzan, Emma and Mattia. From day one, Suzan and Emma received us and gave us some directions through the city. Mattia later served us at the bar with his large smile. You have three valuable employees with positive attitudes that give an excellent service. Adding to the nice and comfortable room environment.

Look no further! This hotel is the best!
Pros:

All was great with the room, building and service! The only thing missing would be to have a chair at the room. This hotel has a rooftop/terrace with a great view to the city and Roma Termini, which is 4 blocks away, so it’s extremely convenient for saying the least. I would like to mention that Emma from the front desk was very nice, friendly and professional. You always want as a welcome a person like her.

Todo estuvo muy bien. La única observación es que estuvimos 4 días pidiendo que nos dieran hielo y no fue posible. Primero que la máquina estaba dañada y después que solamente lo daban para tragos y ya. Y con ese calor que estaba haciendo no logramos un vaso con hielo

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay in Roma — the hotel’s room was smaller than i anticipated but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond, even reserving a taxi for me. I would definitely stay here again.
One thing to note: while the hotel itself felt safe and comfortable, the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy at night. so extra caution is advised when walking around after dark.

테르미니역과 가까운 호텔이지만, 소음과 청결도가 떨어짐
Pros:

뚜벅이에게 테르미니역과 도보 5분 내로 접근성이 매우 좋고, 근처 코나드시티마트, 미슐랭가이드 한식당 가인 및 바로 옆에 가성비 좋은 이태리식당이 있다.

그러나 좋지 않았던 점은
1. 새벽에 청소차가 와서 쓰레기 싣는 등 외부 소음이 크며, 옆방에 체크인을 밤늦게 한 경우 문여닫는소리, 샤워하는 소리 등이 잘 들려 소음에 취약합니다.
2. 샤워실 바닥이 노후하여 다 까졌는데도 수리하지 않고,
욕실 바닥에는 다수의 개미들이 나와 호텔에 강하게 컴플레인 하였음.
3. 2박하였는데, 바티칸박물관 관람을 위해 아침 일찍 나섰고 룸 출입문에는 분명히 청소해달라는 표시를 걸어놓았음에도, 14시 30분에 룸에 복귀하였더니 청소와 타월 교체가 되어 있지 않아 프런트 전화해서 즉각적인 청소와 타월 교체 요청했음.
4. 0층 로비에는 프런트와 식당만 있어, 잠시 대기하거나 쉴 공간이 전혀 없음.
5. 조식이 다른 호텔에 비해 허접함.

Die Dame beim Empfang ignorierte uns beim Einchecken und schaute durch uns hindurch, um mit einem anderen Gast zu bedienen. Als wir italienisch sprachen, durften wir einchecken. Man hat uns nichts erklärt, geschweige wo der Lift zum Zimmer ist, schon gar nicht wie die Bedienung dessen funktioniert. Hat Potential, um sich zu verbessern.

Pros:

Ett litet hotell men bra placering, nära till terminalen. Men utsikten genom fönstren är inget att hurra över. Mycket bra frukostbuffe som drar upp betyget och hjälpsam personal.

Spartanskt rum men väl fungerade Ac och bekväm säng som inte är för mjuk. Kylskåp finns!

För priset var det bra, det finns charmigare men skulle nog kostat det dubbla så centralt beläget.

Posizione ottima vicina alla stazione Termini. Hotel manca una adeguata hall. Lo spazio per la colazione ridotto, collegato con quello del bar aperto al puibblico esterno che non soggiorna. L'offerta della colazione dobrebbe essere migliorata.

Jättebra hotell, fint rum, bra frukost, bra location! Trevlig service av personalen som hjälpte oss med tips och resvägar! Lite dåligt isolerat så man hör mycket från gatan men inget som störde jättemycket.
