Pros:

Besonders der Ausblick über den Lago Maggiore von der Frühstücksterrasse. Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage, Badezimmer mit Bidet und Fußbodenheizung.
Alles sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Auch die Lage in Angera ich gut, Recht ruhig und trotzdem viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Nicht sehr weit zum Fähranleger zum trubeligen Arona ist nah.

Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Chambre un peu bruyante tôt le matin en raison de la salle de petit déjeuner située juste au dessus de la chambre.

Overall, the hotel has a beautiful location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully located right in front of the lake, and I can imagine that with sunny or even cloudy weather, the setting is really lovely.
We stayed in a suite on the first floor, which was very spacious and comfortable, although the lake view was rather restricted. The breakfast was good, but considering the price of the hotel, I expected something better. In particular, I would have expected a proper espresso or cappuccino rather than coffee from a self-service machine.

Unfortunately, because it was raining heavily, carrying our luggage to and from the hotel without getting everything wet was quite difficult.

What disappointed me most, however, was what happened after our departure. We realised the following day that we had left a brand-new iPhone charger in the room. We immediately called reception, but were told that nothing had been found. This was particularly disappointing, as we are certain that the charger was left in the room.

Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre, les lits grands et confortables, le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et varié, et le staff était serviable, souriant et très sympa ! On a passé un magnifique séjour !

Pros:

Het hotel is modern en pas vernieuwd. Confortabel bed en mooie badkamer. Ontbijt op dakterras met zicht op het meer. Lekker ontbijtbuffet, zeker voor een kleinschalig hotel in IT.

Cons:

Gewekt door klappende deuren van andere hotelgasten en toch wat lawaai in de gang. Maar na aanvraag greep hotelpersoneel in door 1 van de klappende toegangsdeuren te blokkeren. Er waren bvb pok geen kapstokken in de kast maar de receptie heeft dit onmiddellijk in orde gebracht ook toen ik een tweede kussen vroeg.
