Terrible - fancy marketing only, lures you into a trap of mediocrity
Pros:

Kudos to the advertising which fooled me into thinking this lack lustre property would be good. It was not.

Cons:

Don’t be fooled - this is not a 4 Star hotel. Some clever advertising. Small, cramped and tatty. I was greeted by a stifling hot cramped room and non working air conditioning after a 24hr travel - I needed sleep, this was not going to work, and left immediately for a real hotel. The terse lady with glasses behind the desk ensured I paid my pound of flesh on the way out: I lost £147 due to their cancellation policy, for 2 minutes in the room. Don’t make my mistake.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten dort super entspannen.
Konnten fußläufig alles erreichen.

Suited our needs, pleasant stay
Pros:

Very handy for the event we attended, clean and tidy. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Getting out and having to do a u-turn to get back to Mounts Bay Rd. Minor inconvenience though.

Perfect for our girls weekend.
Pros:

Brilliant location, easy walk into Elizabeth Quay alongside the Swan River. The staff were very friendly, and attentive. The pool was lovely and refreshing.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise transfer between rooms, and the light switches were hard to work out. There was not a lot of privacy for the bathroom.

Great hotel in peaceful city location with basic amenities.
Pros:

Compact hotel with basic amenities. The rooms have been nicely refurbished and the beds were super comfy. Our terrace room had lovely views of the city and river glimpses. All staff were lovely, helpful and attentive. Also grateful for the free onsite parking.

Cons:

Bathroom area has no privacy so would need to be mindful if sharing the room. Fresh milk and better selection of tea and coffee in room would be appreciated.
