Good option for a stay in Perth!
Pros:

Good spot for a stay in Perth. Located right next to the CBD and easily walkable, as well as main shopping areas and nightlife/restaurants/etc. friendly staff - very welcoming and helpful. Room kept to a very high cleanly standard throughout.

Cons:

Room was a tad small - making it hard to have suitcase out and open without having it on the bed.

Pros:

Pool was nice looking, didn't swim too cold.
Glitter on the carpet was cool

Cons:

Light was flickering something was up with the power.
Bed was hard, pillows hard, uncomfortable stay.
Shower was a disappointment, from photos it looked like the water came down from the roof and that didn't work. No drinks in the bar fridge.
Blanket was heavy as, and wasn't even in a dooner cover was covered with sheets. Will not be going back to this hotel ever. 0 star

An enjoyable comfortable stay. Very much appreciate the onsite parking - make sit super easy.
Pros:

I am very familiar with the hotel having stayed numerous times even before the renovation.
The pillows were extremely comfortable. I had an extra blanket upon arrival.
I like the free on site parking.
It is in close proximity to the hospital next door.

Cons:

I had a lot of computer work to do. The room was quite cramped for walking space - king sized bed. There was NO small table for a computer. I had to sit on the bed or downstairs and I found this quite disappointing.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe des Kings Park. Man kann sowohl die Innenstadt als auch den Kings Park fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingericht. Für ein paar Nächte als Stadthotel zu empfehlen.

Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is clean and a great convenient location. Very friendly staff
Pros:

I did not have breakfast
The location was convenient.

Cons:

Difficulty in finding somewhere to eat.
Menu in the room would have been good with option for take away.
I ended up walking a long way trying to find something to take back to the hotel.
Suggestions of take away close by would have been good.
