Pros:

Great place great price and great staff
Pros:

Closeness to where we needed to be (medical appointments)
Kitchen staff allowed my husband to swap out an item of his dinner choice to something he preferred ( chips not mash potato)

Cons:

We both didn’t really like the bathroom layout. Too open

Pros:

Breakfast was yummy.
Bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection.

Cons:

We arrived on Monday to find the Kitchen was closed so had to order from outside and have Uber deliver.
Shower water leaked out to the basin area and onto the carpet. Had to take off top to drain for water to escape.
Toilet never had an exhaust fan so smell went into living area.

Great stay in Perth.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good and comfortable. Location is a bit far from the city centre but considering the price, it’s reasonable. Hotel had an issue with breakfast but was kind enough to refund the portion to me. That’s good customer service.

Cons:

There is only one mirror in the room. Should try to accommodate one more mirror.

Pros:

Very comfortable room with a good space, well equipped, and a complete toiletries kit. The pool area is also nice, simple, but good. Restaurant is great, had awesome meals there.

Cons:

The only thing I missed was more space to work, as a place close to a business area, I was expecting more.

Cons:

The pillows were too high. A different selection is needed.
I ate in the restaurant and ordered a steak for $43. Mash was too salty, greens were average and steak was ok. The sauce with the steak was the type you get out of a tub. Won’t return.
No room service
Massive noisy aircon too big for room. If you’re a light sleeper i recommend earplugs.
