Looks better in the pictures than reality

The aircondition was very loud to the point that we could not sleep. We woke up every time it switched on

The toilet had a frosted glass door that did not have a lock or close. The glass door was open on the top

Nice, comfy stay that met our needs.
Pros:

Location to Kings Park and CBD etc

Cons:

Last day before leaving we had a horrible smell come into the room through the air-conditioning as if a gas bottle had been changed nearby, lucky we were leaving that morning. Room was a little pokie.

As usual it looks like Indians have bought it and are skimping on staff. Just like every good Aussie business they buy,

Location to hospital

Cons:

There was no room service.
The pool was not clear water. It was not clean around pool area, there were not enough lounge chairs and the plants were all dying from not being watered.
Only one staff member to serve the whole hotel. Dinner menu did not take special requests(I wanted garlic sauce with my steak and prawns but they could not provide it. I had to have mushroom or pepper).
Car park had rubbish all over.

Close to the city and Kings Park. The staff are lovely and very hospitable.

The room was perfect but could be a bit bigger space. The bed was very comfy though.

Unfriendly staff but great location
Cons:

I didn’t like how I had to put down a $100 deposit, most hotels just keep your cc details on file. That was annoying! Also staff weren’t really that friendly.
