Modern hotel in a great location. Quite nice views over the harbour from the bar and most of the rooms. Rooms very clean and modern. Nice coffee shop/cafe outside the hotel lobby.
Rooms aren’t huge (but that’s ok), and personally not a fan of the east/west bed.
Great gym, comfy bed, good for a solo traveller
The hotel's prime location, near the waterfront and several restaurants, was a major plus. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless
However, the parking fee of $35 per day was somewhat steep.
Always pleased with staying here! Doesn’t disappoint. Good location, friendly staff and super clean. Exactly what you need. If anything it’s pretty expensive for staying in newy but compared to other places it reflects the quality of the stay.
The price would be the only grievance. The value for money is pretty average.
Great location for access to city with tram service nearby
1. No disclosure on booking site about workmen being on-site the following morning starting at 8am after we had a late night!!!! We were only notified by TEXT at 8.30pm about the workmen.
We would not have booked this Hotel if above information was known at time of booking!!!!!
2. I found a microfibre cloth at my feet when I hopped into bed. I think it was clean ???
3. Cost of parking onsite not advertised until booking made and I had to ask how much it was on arrival. This added to overall cost.
nothing ,everything was first class
A very modern hotel, with hospitable staff. The library for quiet reflection and the coffee station were such pleasantly surprising bonuses for me. The breakfast is great and as much as it is a-la-carte, it is prepared in record time. The location is very convenient too to most places, including the running track on the nearby creek, from which you can get amazing sunrise views. They have wonderful and very comfortable beds, and a great welcome chocolates and tea supplies.
The digital key pad for the lights and curtains remains lit at night, which is a problem as the room does not become completely dark for good sleep. And because I only came back to the hotel at night to sleep, the fact that I couldn't sleep well was a problem. It's a shame that there's no option to switch it off.
