Pros:

The location and have stayed with this chain before in Canberra.

Cons:

Staff. They felt like they were all in training (reception). Did not have a good experience when I arrived early. I had notified the hotel in advance advising that I would be arriving very early and hoped I could have access to the library. Riley (staff member) emailed back to say no problem. However I was given a pretty frosty reception by the staff member on duty and felt like there was no service given to me as an arriving customer. I had been travelling for 12 hours and looked and felt like crap - maybe they could have been a bit more aware of the customer!

Pros:

Nice room, comfy beds, well equipped. Gym was very nice too and breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs is delicious.

Cons:

Rooms were dusty especially above the fridge where the coffee machine is and the headboard. Both rooms we stayed in needed dusting.

Modern, clean, comfortable and equipped with lovely staff
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful little room. Very comfortable and clean, as well as lots of utilities offered (hairdryers, teapot, ironing board and slippers). Fully equipped for a short stay. Parking was simple and check in was easy, as well as very friendly staff.

Cons:

Was a little bit pricey but overall good value for the quality of the room and service.

Très bon hôtel pour transit
Pros:

Nuitée étape pour nous. Propre,confortable, agréable. Joli déco.
Proximité du Port et des grands axes autoroutiers.
Loin du centre ville
Bon accueil, avons mangé au bar de l’hôtel un très bon plateau charcuterie fromage. Parking payant.

Comfy and good value for money. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Rooms were lovely, clean, and cosy. The gym was good and I like how there was stations to fill up water throughout hotel

Cons:

Parking on the street wasn’t good. Would be nice to get free parking included with accomodation.
