Perfect comfy location for a short stay
Pros:

Location to the metro is perfect, each room is well laid out with modern fittings, full fridge, coffee machine, washing machine etc.. The gym is better equipped than most neighbouring properties also. The bathroom has all the things you will need and its very modern, home away from home feeling.

We have stayed in both the 1 bed and the smaller room and both were fantastic overall, im sure we will stay again in the future.

Cons:

For the love of god why cant i just airplay / cast to the tv directly? Smart tv itself appears not on network there is a firestick that doesnt support iOS streaming, so unless you buy a third party app ( which all want monthly subs) we gave up.

We have stayed a couple times (location is perfect) the beds are significantly firmer than most hotels and would benefit from a topper but thats me being picky. Also if you’re sensitive to noise request to be on the side away from the road, the double glazing is effective but it’s not silent.

I stayed at this property from 3 April to 6 April and the experience was extremely disappointing and misleading.

The listing clearly states “daily housekeeping”, however no housekeeping was provided during my stay. No bed was made, no linen was changed, and no proper room service was done. When I questioned this, I was told housekeeping does not operate on public holidays, which was never disclosed before or during booking. This is misleading information because the property advertises daily housekeeping.

To make things worse, I was also charged more than the confirmed booking price, and when I raised multiple issues with the concierge, the staff were unhelpful and poorly informed. I even ordered coffee on the day of check-in, the order was accepted and paid for, but after waiting over 30 minutes I was told the restaurant was closed.

Overall, very poor communication, misleading listing information, and disappointing service. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The room is very spacious and clean. All facilities like kitchen, utensils, towels, bathing all well equipped. Sunlights come into room, very bright and nice. Staff there also super friendly and helpful. I definitely will recommend friends and come back next time.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The room exceeded our expectations — it was extremely clean, neat, and well looked after. Parking was very convenient and easy to access, which made everything stress-free. We would definitely stay again
