Pros:

Sayoma a professionalreceptionst went above and Beyond with Customer Service. 5 star customer Service I wpuld give her.

I had a great view from my room.
My whole stay overall was great. Sayoma always

Beautiful Hotel /Room/Desing and house keeping was on the ball always going above and beyond.

The really tall guy indian nationality gave me the worst check in experience i have ever experienced in a hotel.

Luckily Michael was more professional.
If it wasn’t for Michael helping me setup netflix ,

I would have checked out.

Shaun an australian asian nationality man and a really tall aus - indian nationality man were incredibly rude in multiple occasions.


I have never received that kind if rudeness in any Hotel.
I felt they were not rainbow friendly at all.

The cafe makes not great coffee but the food was good. They had a really good compact gym.

Pros:

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise away from the usual. I had the avocado and scrambled egg with sundries tomato. A really good start to my day! En route to a seminar. The staff are outstanding. A special thank you to Julia and Sayana who resolved my receipt enquiry and were thoroughly helpful! 🌟The cafe is quite good and the ambiance great! The room had everything I needed. A kitchenette with cooking utensils and a microwave. An ironing board was replaced on my request and a gollowup phone call from reception to ensure it had been delivered was very impressive! 5 Star Review from me. 😃
The Metro is a short walk away. The bus stop is also a short walk away. The Macquarie Shopping Centre is a short bus or metro train ride or car ride.
Rain shower for tall people in shower recess of can be adjusted to a normal height shower. 🛀🚿

It was a good place especially for the price and would definitely stay there again in the future

I liked the location as it was close to a big shopping centre,close to my events destination

Cons:

The air conditioning has a timer that we couldn't turn off and when we went out on a hot day we couldn't come back to the room still being cool with the air conditioning running

Room service offering was advertised in room but not available. The person checking me in was being difficult about my first name appearing differently on my drivers licence despite all other details being identical. That was a disappointing start to our weekend.
